Cons:

Ar condicionado antigo, não tem como escolher a temperatura, ou vc coloca no máximo só ar condicionado ou vc tem que desligar o ar condicionado, passei a noite ligando e desligando o ar condicionado, perguntei na recepção e eles falaram que são todos os quartos iguais.

O hotel tem uma instalação boa, a piscina é fantástica, limpinha e bem cuidada.
O staff também são muito agradáveis.

Cons:

O cheiro de mofo, no hotel todo, sei que tem a questão da umidade da cidade, mas a estrutura de madeira colaborou para o cheiro. Passei mal, pedi pra trocar de quarto e melhorou, mas ainda fiquei entupida.

As acomodações são excelentes, quartos amplos, espaçosos, confortaveis, limpos,

A localização é boa, porém é um local exposto a perigos, tanto de tânsito muito intenso, que dificulta até a saída do espaço, quanto o ALTO IN DICE DE MORADORES DE RUA E USUÁRIOS, nas redondezas do Hotel.

Cons:

Da recepção. Não existe uma equipe para receber, encaminhar e ajudar o hospede com as bagagens, apenas o pessoal do balvão para realizar che ckin e che ckout e um porteiro para abrir e fechar a porta.
Não tem manobrista e o acesso a garagem é difícil, precisa dar uma volta no quarteirão e não tem sequer uma placa sinalizando o local. O elevador de acesso ao SS(GARAGEM) é desconfortável e apresenta desregulagens, tipo, fica abrindo e fechando a porta parado, fica meio estranho.

Muito proveitosa e satisfatória.
Pros:

O hotel é estilo retrô...todo com detalhes em madeira. Amei o estilo. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Deu um problema na torneira da ducha e rapidamente tudo foi solucionado.
