Excellent stay
Pros:

Rebecca from the reception is a very valuable employee, she helped us with all our questions and no question was crazy and difficult for her to solve or to answer, her English is the best we heard in Belem so far😊. The hotel helped us with a early check in, early breakfast, and again a late check in and an extended check out, we will definitely come back again here, breakfast is very good too

Pros:

O hotel conseguiu atender as nossas expectativas. Apesar de alguns comentários, que nos deixaram receosos, o prédio está bem conservado, mesmo apresentando um design mais antigo. Os quartos são amplos, ar condicionado gelando bem (apesar de não ter controle de temperatura no quarto), lençóis, cobertas e toalhas cheirosos, café da manhã simples, porém bem satisfatório e diversidade nos dias que estávamos hospedados. O custo-benefício valeu a pena!

Cons:

A localização do hotel é bom em relação a deslocamento, próximo do Mercado São Brás, fácil de encontrar. Porém, os arredores do prédio não inspiram segurança, tem muitos moradores de rua, principalmente a noite, apesar do policiamento constante. Fizemos tudo de uber, então não tivemos problemas.

Bien que distant du centre ville à proprement dire, sa proximité du terminal rodoviaire est un atout pour les voyageurs. Sans prétention due à son caractère conservateur, il n'en reste pas moins un hôtel vieux luxe

Cons:

Juste une savonnette de base par personne, sans autres nécessaire de toilette.

Acho que nada físico, deixou muito a desejar por não poder entrar na área da piscina, teve tb a questão de no café eu pagando para quatro pessoas não quererem disponibilizar o kit de café no quarto pra duas crianças que ficaram sem ir ao restaurante do hotel fazer o café , complicado só queriam enviar 1kit

Honesto, limpo e pessoal cortez, atende as expectivas para viagens de negócios rápidas.
Pros:

Café da manhã honesto, boa qualidade e variedade de frutas, no entanto o tema de pães e potencialmente se pudessem oferecer uma cortesia a mais como tapioca ou algo nesse sentido seria muito bem vinda.

Cons:

Travesseiros dos quartos são muito ruins e o sabonete do banheiro. Precisei de mais travesseiros ao chegar e o serviço de camareiro funciona apenas até 22:00
