Agradable
Pros:

La comida excelente y la atención del personal.

Cons:

El tema de seguridad es un aspecto a mejorar cunado se realizan eventos, el HOtel no tiene un protocolo de seguridad y en el evento hubo tres robos. las personas entran y salen al quinto piso con facilidad y no hay ningun control en las escaleras que van al centro comercial.

La ubicación es excelente, es muy agradable y limpio, el spa es muy bueno.

Cons:

Para el precio y ls categoria fel hotel la atencion al cliente es muy parca, no ponen nada en el lobby, ni agua con hielo ni cafe, muy pobre ese servicio.

lo malo es que habían huéspedes que hacían mucho ruido en la madrugada, se escuchaban las carcajadas y el desorden que estaban haciendo y que en el precio no estaba incluido el desayuno y no era barata la noche .

Falta de transparencia y cobros indebidos

Las habitaciones son modernas y limpias

Cons:

Demasiada confusión y falta de claridad al momento del pago. Pretendieron cobrarme 900 mil pesos más, alegando cmque no habían cobrado el IVA y que la tarifa confirmada era para extranjeros. Razones totalmente inválidas. Finalmente, después de 45min reversaron el pago inicial y cobraron el valor correspondiente. Queda una sensación que el proceso de confirmación y cobro no funcionan adecuadamente, y la solución es "cobras más". El servicio a la habitación por un plato muy sencillo tardó 90 minutos. Habían borrado el pedido y no hicieron ningún seguimiento. Solo después de llamar dos veces y preguntar 5 o 6 veces, enviaron el pedido finalmente. El penúltimo día me ofrecieron hablar con la gerencia lo cual confirmé para el último día. Esa conversación nunca ocurrió y tampoco respondieron las quejas. Poco transparente.
