la atencion en la recepcion es pesima, reserve una habitacion premium, y primero me asignaron una habitacion estandar dobel, luego una estandar con cama king, y luego despues de pelear, si me dieron la habitacion que era, tuvieron que limpiar 2 habitaciones 2 veces pq a la senora de la recepcion se le ocurrio decir que esa era la hab que habia reservado y que no habian mas, muy mala clase la senora de la recepcion, no es justo que dane toda la experiencia y que tengan que limpiar doble las habs pq a la senora se le antojo ser mala.... deberian poner gente mas profesional en la recepcion.
