Muchas cosas por mejorar, la atención del personal muy tosca y fuerte!

El parqueadero súper incómodo, en un centro comercial lleno completamente y tocaba buscar un lugar en el tercer nivel con niños pequeños y maletas!
Nos pusieron en una habitación conectada con otra y nuestros vecinos eran 4 hombres que gritaban todo tiempo, en estado de embriaguez y música alta!
Nosotros una familia con niños pequeños!
Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación y la primera noche no pudimos dormir!

Location and wonderful staff. Hotel is modern and well maintained.

Cons:

When having breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant, you have to keep asking the waiter for milk for the coffee. Holiday Inn, please use a small pitcher on the customers’ table so the customer can pour their own milk. This method is used all over the world.
Another thing about the breakfast. They dont know how to make an omelette. I know the staff can do it but for some reason the omelet is made in a small pan. You have to learn how to make an omelet. Dont over cook it and make it in a big enough pan.
Another silly observation, please have a toilet brush in every bathroom room. This is standard all over the world.
