okay, but you might find something better.
Pros:

it is a business hotel, with many advantages. The locality is good, the neighborhood safe. The people at the reception tried to be helpful, although they did not manage to do so with everything needed. The breakfast was very good, although the rooms at some hours very crowded.

Cons:

I had a terrible encounter with one lady working in the kitchen. one my day of arrival I ordered some food - what they brought to me was the worst food ever. when I complained she (probably the chef) came to me in a very rude and condescending way. I found this shocking. the other guys working at the kitchen were not much better, except of one old guy who was really sweet. On another day I ordered an afternoon coffee from the kitchen, the one they brought was many many hours old and upwarmed, it tasted really bad. I don't know why they do this with a client who stays there for almost a week. I also had several issues with very noisy nights, due to old air conditioning. The view is nothing at this place, this was also disappointing.

A localização é boa e o quarto é silencioso. Acomodação boa, confortável. Café da manhã bom, com algumas opções sem lactose e opções fit.

Limpeza poderia ser melhorada nos banheiros. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de sucos naturais, opções de pratos quentes.

Minha estadia foi ótima, um dos melhores Hotéis que já fiquei em POA.
Pros:

Desde a recepção até o Check-out, fui muito bem atendido. Pessoal do restaurante muito atenciosos. Hotel excelente em todos os aspectos e em uma ótima localização para o que eu precisava.

Cons:

Não percebi nada do que pudessem melhorar. Estão de parabéns.
