Conforto em Porto Alegre.
Pros:

O hotel fica em uma ótima localização, é muito bonito e bem decorado. Super limpo, cama e roupa de cama excelentes. Chuveiro muito bom e banheiro de tamanho bom, tudo bem iluminado, moveis novos e bonitos . Cafe da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Não havia guarda chuvas para emprestar aos hospedes, o cartão/chave tinha que ser sempre magnetizado de novo, os produtos de banho poderiam ser melhores, os itens no frigobar eram muito caros, e a tv tinha poucos canais.

very disappionted and over price Dinner Salad

1.The reception staffs were great and helpful. 2.The cleaners were also great and very honest. We forget some of our cashes in the bathroom, she left a notice to remind us. 3. The hotel facilities were very new and good. 4. Breakfast were great.

Cons:

I was very disappionted with the over price and low quality Salad for our dinner. I ordered "Green Salad" at Ria50 (about €9-10), what I got was only a small bowl of salad with very few Iceberg lettuce leaves, without tomatos, cheese, nuts...Details as attached photo.

Pros:

A localização é ótima super seguro os arredores do hotel e o café da manhã excelente, o prédio tbm é lindo mistura o histórico com o moderno.

Cons:

o box do banheiro estava vazando e alagou todo o chão e o ar condicionado tbm não ligou.
