O quarto 601 onde fui instalada a principio nao tem boa vedação nas janelas e é muito frio. Depois que solicitei a troca de quarto, ficou tudo bem.

O cardápio do restaurante é muito básico e os pratos demoram muito para chegar.

Achei a iluminação dos quartos fraca.

No alto dos Moinhos
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto do Parcão e do eixo Padre Chagas-Dinarte Ribeiro, com todos os seus restaurantes, cafeterias e sorveterias.
As instalações e mobiliário são modernos e funcionais.
Café da manhã bem variado e saboroso. Staff atencioso.

Cons:

O tamanho do quarto. Não dava para abrir uma mala média no espaço reservado para bagagem (aquele com trilhos).
Necessário fazer manutenção na peneira do chuveiro: apesar da boa pressão e vazão da água, os jatos estavam desalinhados.

Localização muito boa no bairro moinhos de vento. Dá pra ir caminhando pro parcão e diversos restaurantes.

okay, but you might find something better.
Pros:

it is a business hotel, with many advantages. The locality is good, the neighborhood safe. The people at the reception tried to be helpful, although they did not manage to do so with everything needed. The breakfast was very good, although the rooms at some hours very crowded.

Cons:

I had a terrible encounter with one lady working in the kitchen. one my day of arrival I ordered some food - what they brought to me was the worst food ever. when I complained she (probably the chef) came to me in a very rude and condescending way. I found this shocking. the other guys working at the kitchen were not much better, except of one old guy who was really sweet. On another day I ordered an afternoon coffee from the kitchen, the one they brought was many many hours old and upwarmed, it tasted really bad. I don't know why they do this with a client who stays there for almost a week. I also had several issues with very noisy nights, due to old air conditioning. The view is nothing at this place, this was also disappointing.
