This place is a joke. Those pictures that represent this place have to be at least 10 years old. The pool look like a swamp literally. So I checked out and went to their sister property, which was much better however they charged me $130 and I’ve been fighting with my credit card company ever cents. I would stay at your sister property, but I would never stay at this property here ever.

No elevador(y tiene 4 pisos) piscina sucia con moho y el agua verde,que no te provoca entrar en ella con miedo a enfermarte , las habitaciones necesitan reparación de lo descuidada que están , toallas viejas y rotas y lo peor 😰Apagan el único aparato pequeño del aire acondicionado que tiene el cuarto apenas sales y encuentras la habitación como un horno cuando regresas !! Una pesadilla en Cancún 😠😠😠

Cuando llegamos al hotel no tenían dato de mi reservación y el baño olía a Kaka, a mí esposa le robaron 2 anillos de Plata, no es nada de lo que dice la descripción.

Fue una sola noche, pero el hotel tiene colchones muy viejos, y la habitación familiar está bien pero con un solo minisplit no es suficiente, es mas recomendable que estén todas las camas seguidas

muy limpio y muy atento el personal ,la alberca estaba sucia pero sabemos que porque habia llovido ,teniamos reservacion por 4 noches y estuvimos 7 en total y nos hicieron un buen descuento ,todos conformes. definitivamente si volveremos si dios permite .

the best thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are in bad need of repairs and furniture. The staff is very nice and the area is okay for downtown Cancun. Close to palapas park and ADO.

Por lo que pague, que realmente fue muy poco,no me puedo quejar de nada,lo mejor es la ubicación cerca de ADO y restaurantes,mercados y sobre todo la amabilidad del personal,como siempre seguiré regresando aqui,

The room was very nice, and bikes were available for use. The check-in and reading of the rules seemed a bit extreme, but otherwise it was all a nice spot. A long bike ride to the beach though, especially when the bike the assigned us had a flat tire..
