Cons:

Het hotel zelf was prima en de kamer was netjes. Helaas was de ervaring bij de receptie erg teleurstellend. Toen ik arriveerde en aangaf een kamer te willen boeken, kreeg ik te horen dat het hotel volledig volgeboekt was en werd ik zelfs doorverwezen naar een ander hotel. Opvallend genoeg was de parkeerplaats vrijwel leeg. Uit nieuwsgierigheid heb ik vervolgens online gekeken en kon ik direct via internet een kamer boeken… bij hetzelfde hotel. Toen ik hiermee terugkwam, werd er gesproken over een storing, maar als receptionist mag je verwachten dat je weet of er nog kamers beschikbaar zijn of dit op zijn minst controleert voordat je gasten wegstuurt. Dat vond ik erg onprofessioneel. Jammer, want het hotel zelf was verder in orde.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – wir sind nach einer Stunde abgereist und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Leider hat uns nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Das Hotel entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung und den Fotos auf Booking.com. Die Sauberkeit war unzureichend und wir haben uns dort nicht wohlgefühlt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass der Whirlpool textilfrei genutzt wurde. Da wir mit unserem 3-jährigen Kind gereist sind, war das für uns völlig ungeeignet. Aus diesem Grund haben wir das Hotel bereits nach etwa einer Stunde wieder verlassen. Ich habe mehrfach versucht, eine Klärung und zumindest eine teilweise Erstattung zu erhalten, jedoch habe ich keinerlei Antwort vom Hotel bekommen.

De kamers waren keurig schoon. En errug lekkere bedden en kussens.

Great hotel for busniess travellers in a lovely location.
Pros:

i have stayed here for work trips and also took my family here on a road trip. as a business traveller alone it ticks all of the boxes, great staff, good food, nice bar and restaurant and even 10 pin bowling. a short walk into Helmond. there is a wellness area but its quite expensive to use if you only have a few hours to spare at €19 each visit but if you have all day its probably great, i enjoyed the short visit i had. you can even order food and drinks in there. The policy is "full Nudist" though so if you are shy it may not be for you although the general practice seems to be the use of robes when walking around or at the bar so it isn’t really like a nudist camp. its a bit insular though nobody speaks to anyone they don’t know which i believe is the protocol for Saunas but is unfortunate for lone travellers.

Cons:

the swimming pool is in the health spa area and is thus not accessible to children under 16. this is great for adults who want some peace and quiet but its a shame for those with children would would like a swim. there are many holiday parks nearby so i guess this is where families go.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war modern, sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Die Wellness- und Bowlingpreise waren für uns etwas teuer. Schade war auch, dass der Pool nur als textilfreier Bereich genutzt werden konnte, sodass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten.
