Pros:

Het bed was heel fijn. De badkamer ruim. Het ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Papieren bekers ipv een glas. Bij de receptie de vraag of ik schoonmaak wilde elke dag (was er 2 nachten) maar daarbij niet de mededeling dat ik geen koffie cups kreeg bij geen schoonmaak.
De extra kosten voor parkeren. De kamer was erg warm

A deeply disappointing stay — unacceptable room conditions, broken promises, and a complete lack of respect for guests.

Almost nothing. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing.

Cons:

The room was in an unacceptable condition: a filthy carpet, mold and dirt in the bathroom, damaged fixtures, and poor maintenance. We reported these problems immediately, but the staff failed to resolve them. We were promised another room after the first night, but this never happened. When I offered to leave early, I was told that no refund would be provided. We paid €419 for three nights and felt completely ignored as guests. Extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of professionalism.

Die Lage war ok, also 20 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß vom hotel.

Cons:

Die personal an der Rezeption sind aber nicht freundlich und gar nicht kompetent. Ich habe die citytax 2 mal bezahlt (war ein Fehler von der Dame an der Rezeption)

Terrible experience! No heating, flooded bathroom and a sleepless night.

Unfortunately, nothing. Our experience was extremely disappointing.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

My wife and I booked this hotel to relax and enjoy a comfortable night, but instead we spent almost the entire night awake because the room was extremely cold.

The heating was not working at all, and cold air was coming through the windows. We contacted reception and explained the situation, but they did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. When we requested another room, we were simply told that none were available.

The shower drain was also blocked or defective, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor.

On top of that, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, with a large dip in the middle.

We paid for a relaxing hotel stay but ended up spending a sleepless night in a freezing room with several maintenance problems.

The most disappointing part was the complete lack of assistance from the hotel staff after we reported the issues.

We have submitted a formal complaint and requested a full refund. This experience was completely unacceptable, and we would never stay here again.

Overdekte garage echt top

Cons:

Erg gehorig, de mensen boven je hoor je als hun lopen/ geluid maken. Tijdens het douchen liep al het water richting de wc die ernaast zat, zit geen glas tot op de grond.

Furchtbar
Pros:

Leider konnte ich auf der durchgelegenen Matratze nicht schlafen, an morgen habe ich schnell die Unterkunft verlassen. Sollen sie das Geld behalten - die 300 Euro. leider habe ich im Schrank Sachen liegen lassen, allen weg und gestohlen. In Tunesien mit 2 Sternen ist es besser.

Siehe oben Stehlen und ach ja das Kopfkissen was dreckig
