And a very positive one! Actually, we're frequent guests at this hotel, and it never disappointed us.
That stay was not an exception. We were granted the room we booked, enjoyed a simple but yummy dinner at their restaurant, and spent a calm night in the comfortable beds.
Yes, their parking is a tad small, but there's an effective alternative behind the building, albeit not for free (but just for RUR 400 ≈ USD 4 per night!). An Armenian church is situated there, its fenced territory is quite spacious, and a hospitable easy-to-deal-with guard would be ready to look after your vehicle for that ridiculous fee. He doesn't speak any language except for Russian and Armenian, however.

Everything was OK - our room, our dinner, our sleep. This is really a place to stay.
A great three-star property.
The only snag is their ССТV-equipped parking - too small and therefore often fully-packed. There are some alternatives nearby but those are unguarded.

This time around it was November. We drove from the Black Sea coast back to Moscow.
I did call them up in advance but, frankly speaking, there was no need to do this - it was low season plus a weekend day so their occupancy rate was not high.
Girls at the reception were friendly and professional - as usual. We got the room we always stay at, it was comfortable and clean. We had great rest at night and enjoyed their open buffet breakfast - modest but well thought out. Their dinner options were nice as well.
This is not my first review and I can't but repeat - it's an excellent three-star facility.
Bearing this in mind - recommended (but take into account that their own parking lot is pretty modest).

Shower did not work as there was almost no pressure. On top of that the bed was too hard and not a good quality although the pillows were good. Since sleep and a shower are the most basic conditions for a good stay it was not good. They also did not have Prosecco in the bar while it was on the menu

Не первый раз останавливаемся в этой гостинице. Все нормально и комфортно.
В этот раз пока ходили в зоопарк не хватило места на парковке. Но оказалась новая «Парковка» между церковью и отелем 200₽ за ночь (без происшествий).

Останавливаемся в отеле второй раз. Нравится соотношение цена-качество. Комфортно, удобно, хорошее обслуживание, полноценные качественные завтраки, чистый номер и чистое удобное постельное белье и кровать, полноценное дополнительное удобное место : ребенок наш 16 лет высокого роста отлично выспался! Рекомендую!

Хороший завтрак. Чисто, тихо, хороший фитнесс центр. Быстрый интернет. Приветливый персонал. Всё работает и в хорошем состоянии.

Hotel weiter empfehlen

Решили сменить сетевой отель в Воронеже. В этом впервые остановились. Всё комфортно, чисто и дружелюбно. Своя, не очень большая, Парковка на улице. Хорошие завтраки, вкусный и оперативный ужин по разумной цене.

La posizione è un po' decentrata. Hall organizzata un po' spartana: sembra un fast food. Personale però è gentile e preparato. Tutto sommato è un buon hotel, forse il nome fa creare delle aspettative un po' più alte.

Before we checked in I haven't expected anything positive as I read very bad reviews on breakfast. Nothing like that!
The room was very good. Despite the fact that it is situated near the rail road ways NO noise whatsoever with closed windows!
The room was cleaned every day.
Despite the negative reviews the buffet breakfast was excellent! With wide choice of local food and quite good coffee.
We've also pre-paid dinners there, which were tasty.

Если коротко, то номер - 5 баллов, завтрак - на 4. Очень хорошо подходит
для путешественников.

We've stayed in this nice hotel about ten times and really love it there. This time, due to covid hysteria, I decided to get in touch with them in advance and never regretted this. They meticulously briefed me on the situation, lockdown details both in the city and the region and even gave some forecast as to when this madness was about to be over.
So our stay was pleasant and positive - as always. They rearranged their menu which became much more appealing. Try their shrimps in sweet soybean souce - marvellous!
Thank you very much indeed, guys! Will come to you once again for sure.

The Hampton hotel of Voronezh is located in the center of the city. The room was very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and very quiet during the night.
The breakfast buffet was good and proposed a nice choice of delicatessen and Russian specialties.
The staff was very efficient, welcoming and spoke very well English.
For me, it is really a very good address in the city.

Нормальный отель, не плохой завтрак, чистые номера.
Шампуни , гели , полотенца - все есть.
Удивило что нет зубной щетки и пасты.
