Kein Kühlschrank, zweiter durchsichtiger Vorhang fürs Zimmer, da man sonst immer den dicken Vorhang zuziehen muss damit niemand ins Zimmer sieht.
The location and cleanliness. Easy to reach by public transport. Air con in the room. Silent rooms.

Great location. The room is adequate. Although given this room was one of the cheaper options in Copenhagen, I think you get what you pay for. The breakfast is decent for the price in Copenhagen. Couldn't hear next door neighbours so sound was not an issue.
I asked for my room to be cleaned twice and it was not cleaned which was annoying. You have to ask for towels and the room to be cleaned.
Bed is a bit flimsy and the room would be a tighter squeeze for 2 people.
Location, ideal for Nyhavn, which I wanted to visit.

Poky bedroom- alleged to be a double room, but one quite small bed rammed against window. Only 1 pillow. If 2 people had been in it, the first person couldn't have got out of bed without waking the other and getting them to get out of bed. Also no wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.
Modern corporate run hotel, not the sort I like.
Had I needed to leave cases on the day of departure, they would have charged DK50 per case to do so. Never before come across a hotel doing this; that's a mark of a place run by a big company.
Main issue is this is in the centre of Copenhagen, a notoriously expensive city in a country with a very strong currency. I had much better hotels in Tallinn and Riga for much less money immediately before this one.
