Pros:

The location is fabulous. An easy walk to anywhere in the city. The staff are friendly & helpful. The beds were comfortable. The lounge area is a great place to sit and visit. Good restaurants very close by. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Cons:

The bed against the wall was a bit tricky for us older guests to crawl around/over. Maybe put a toilet bowl brush in the bathrooms as well. Everything else was fine.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Funktionell ausgestattetes Appartement, Lage zentral, perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf sollte ausgetauscht werden, vom Frühstück hätte ich mir nach den Bildern mehr erwartet. Aber in der Nähe hatte es ausreichend Alternativen für Kaffee und Gebäck.

The transparent bridge leading to our room. I’m scared of heights. The room was small.

Decent, clean hotel but high price for basic service - and luggage storage fee is penny pinching.
Pros:

The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast options were excellent and was 'all you can eat'
The location is excellent - right beside Kogens Nytorv and 5 minutes or less to Nyhavn.
The staff were pleasant and professional.

Cons:

I have been to many hotels where I ask to store my luggage (if my arrival flight is early or, in this instance, my departure flight is late); this is the first time where I had to pay money (70 DKK for 4 hours - more for longer) for this basic service and I also had to put it in a locker; Normally a receptionist would put it in a side room for you and give you a ticket. This felt like penny pinching and disrespectful to customers. Also, I mentioned this to a Danish friend and he couldn't believe that such a system existed.
Maybe it is because Denmark is so expensive but I feel that the money I did not really get what I paid for in view that the facilities were so basic. Everything about the room was fine but not worth the high price. I guess the location is what might be used to justify the expense.
But it is the charging for storage which is galling. I hope the hotel would reconsider this policy
