Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay at Tierra Viva Machu Picchu! I spent my birthday eve and birthday here, and the staff made it so special. Ximena was the sweetest receptionist—so personable and always making sure my best friend and I were comfortable throughout our stay. William picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, carrying all of our luggage with so much energy and kindness.

Our room was spacious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. At breakfast, the staff surprised me by singing "Happy Birthday," which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. The hotel is also in a perfect location, just a short walk to the Machu Picchu bus stop and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

夜遅くの到着だったが、とても親切に対応いただいた。部屋も広くて快適だった。

Bom hotel, quarto confortável, banheiro grande, boa ducha, ótimo café da manhã; Serviço de bagagem gratuíto (eles retiram e levam a bagagem até a estação de trem - muito prático).

Not quiet and not a dark room, but convenient.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, and it's in a convenient spot near the bus to Machu Picchu. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was right on the street and was loud from the street, people in the lobby, and people shutting their doors. I requested a quiet room so definitely did not get that. The shower pressure was poor (all my other hotels in Peru had good water pressure). It was also bright through the sides of the curtains as there was a bright light right outside my window.

A perfect stay for Machu Picchu
Pros:

The accommodations were wonderful! We were greeted with cookies and the staff walking us through the hotel, where breakfast was, etc. They were really helpful with sharing bus information for Machu Picchu and even met us at the train station with our luggage prior to our departure.
