Taipei Hotel B7

There are many restaurants around here.
Nice breakfast with provided couple to Louisa Coffee.

I booked a room with in-room safe. After I checked in I found out there is no safe in the room. I came to the front desk and the receptionist told me that the room type that I booked doesn't come with safe. Then I showed the detail of my booking that clearly shows in-room safe. Then they changed the story blaming Expedia giving wrong information. When I asked to switch a room with safe, the one looks like on-duty manager told me they are fully booked. It does not look true to me from my observation. I also tried to book the same hotel and it showed rooms available.
There was one drunken guy next door making noise even pass 2 am. The wall is not sound proof.and there was nothing been done about this guy although the staffs are aware.
I have been staying in different hotels the same area several times and this time B7 gave me the worst experience. .

The room space that without window was rather small for comfort and movement sustainability of long stays especially for my wife with knee cap problem.
Pillow cases and bed sheet were not replaced thru out the five days stay.

Staff replied not able to refund for the remaining two days that I did not stay as I switched hotel to the Grand Hilai Hotel

The room is very small, can hardly turn around. But is very close to Ximending, and close to Ximen metro, that's the good part.

Accessible to MRT and restaurant

I can hear people chatting from my room and hear ppl drying the hair…

房間隔音差，經常聽到鄰房房客談話聲、音樂聲和洗手間的通風系統聲。洗手間尚算OK但仍有進步空間如清理牆角和門邊的霉漬。

Water from shower in my room is very hot, so I request to fix it and staff promptly service and help me.

No toilet paper or bidet, just face tissue and shower?!?

Near NTU hospital station and within walking distance to ximengding
Everything was good except that the walls are pretty thin, i could hear the next door neighbours talking very clearly.

Beds are not the best and the room faced the street being on the second floor we heard every car drive by at night. But other than that it was a excellent hotel with kind staff!! Set up our ride to the airport for us as we requested and always helped as needed. Cleaned the room when indicated by the door sign.

Our stay at the hotel was really pleasant and comfortable. It was easy to go around whether by train or walking. The room is clean and staff were very courteous. Will definitely be back if we come to Taipei again.

The location is so convenient. It is located in between two MRT interchange lines - Ximending and Tamsui, that made our travel so smooth. It is located near to a nice garden. We love it as it is not so far to noisy Ximending, this meant we love the quiet night. The hotel service was good as we requested 2 more pillows. It came to our room almost immediate! Housekeeping auntie was friendly too.

Excellent location, close to the train station and subway. Room is clean and with great front desk staff. Will definitely stay again.

Close to MRT station and popular XiMengDing night market. Just few mins walk and there's simple cafe such as Starbucks downstair. It's very convenient
