Muy buena atención, la habitación cómoda y agradable.
Buen servicio de comedor y buen desayuno

Mala atencion personal sin uniforme, apagon de Luz, Sin control de TV, No quisieron aceptar dinero en billete de 200 soles, y por poco no me quizo devolver el vuelto que se confundio.. mala experiencia..

Las piezas podrían ser más grandes y el desayuno hasta más tarde

Es war gut abet nicht mehr. WLAN funktionierte nicht und die Information dass das Frühstück nur bis 9 ist, bekamen wir auch nicht! Fühlten uns wohl im Hotel, aber nicht wirklich Willkommen. Der Staff war sehr verhalten. Das Zimmer war ganz schön umd angenehm.

A unos minutos a pié de la plaza de Armas. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Un día salimos temprano y nos dieron una bolsa con algunos alimentos.
Habitación amplia, baño amplio con buena presión de agua en la ducha.
Nuestra habitación daba a la calle, a mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas, pues se oia el tránsito. Desayuno correcto que, el día que desayunamos en el hotel, estaba a medio preparar para la hora prevista de comienzo.
Precio muy bueno.

Es ist aber abends noch ziemlich laut. Man hört die Autos nonstop, wenn kein Verkehr, dann Alarmanlagen, wenn das nicht, dann Musik. Es ist immer was los, draußen und somit auch im Zimmer.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The wifi is good. The staff was friendly but they are strict about the check in time. Well located hotel, close to plaza d'armas.

Todo muy bien

The service at Casona Plaza Hotel AQP was excellent; particularly of the front desk working early hours of the morning. Our tour company for Colca Canyon was late to pick us up. The front desk attendant contacted the company for us which was a huge help. The hotel is located close to the main square in Arequipa. Our room had a great view looking out at the volcanoes. Very happy with our stay; thanks!

Staff members were supportive. They were able to keep my luggage until check in time (we arrived 8 hours earlier). Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

O quarto é bastante confortável, silencioso durante a noite. Excelente café da manhã. Um ponto bastante negativo neste hotel é o chuveiro, que começa a esquentar durante o banho, chegando a tornar impossível o banho. Muito desconfortável.

MUY BUENA ATENCION

a part le problème d'eau chaude. Il fallait coulait longtemps, longtemps l'eau. l'hotel était très agréable et confortable. Le service toujours présent. Petit déjeuner tres consistant et abondant. Seul hic, la chambre coté rue, bruit assourdissant. Ils aiment bien klaxonner, façon de communiquer entre eux.
les fenêtres pas du tout doubles. bon, c'est aussi leurs style de vivre

Excelente atención! El personal muy amable, atento, presto a brindarte lo que necesitas. Las instalaciones muy buenas, el desayuno muy rico y surtido. Buena ubicación. En general, todo muy bien y de hecho regresaría.
