I MASSAGGI e la spa in generale, ambiente molto bello, e curato con personale gentile e qualificato.
La PISCINA TERMALE con idromassaggio incorporato... non usciresti mai!
Il SILENZIO ed il VERDE del PARCO attorno, tutto curato e pulito.
Grazie al cielo, non ci sono BAMBINI che schiamazzano, urlano o corrono da tutte le parti.
Tutto aiuta al perfetto relax.
Una nota di merito a TUTTO il personale che è sempre stato accogliente e disponibile per ogni richiesta (proprietario incluso)

Cons:

Il servizio BICICLETTE : dovrebbero essere disponibili ai clienti appena fuori l'ingresso o nell'immediata vicinanza... non che i clienti debbano andarsele loro a prendere nel retro struttura aprendo un garage di servizio, soprattutto in un 4 stelle.
Tutte con luci scariche... Che se esco di sera, rischio che mi investano.
Sembra una inezia, ma non è possibile che in un ristorante non esistano almeno delle salviette umidificate per detergersi le mani soprattutto se, tra i piatti del buffet, sono spesso presenti gamberi da sgusciare e che io mi debba alzare per andare alla toilette per lavarmi le mani.

Pros:

E' stata un'esperienza molto positiva, oltre le aspettative. Servizi offerti ottimi, ristorante e pulizia camere eccellente. Cambio spugne in automatico, con attenzione, senza dover chiedere, e non è così scontato. Disponibilità nel venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Di sicuro tornerò.

Cons:

Avendo prenotato in bassa stagione, si è corso il rischio di non avere i trattamenti estetici (in quanto il personale dedicato risultava in ferie). L'assenza è stata però prontamente sostituita e il cliente non ha percepito alcun disservizio.
Consiglierei di rivedrei la regola della struttura che prevede che, chi arriva la sera (va bene check out della stanza entro le 10), non possa usufruire, nel giorno del rientro, dei servizi comuni, come piscina esterna, per le 2 ore successive (massimo fino ore 13), almeno fino all'apertura del ristorante.

La colazione non mi è stato portato un buon cappuccino, mi è stato imposto uno fatto con macchina, qualità pessima.

Cons:

Aumento del costo soggiorno e diminuite le ore a disposizione x poter usufruire dei servizi.

Stanze belle, abbastanza grandi, molto pulite. Bagno molto pulito. Molto rilassante il soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Abbiamo scelto la pensione completa.
Il cibo non è eccellente. Ma accettabile, e comunque adeguato al prezzo.

Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Ambiente, besonders die Pools ohne Ablagerungen an Wänden etc., Vollpension ( Halbpension hätte auch gereicht)
