Lo sceglierei di nuovo se dovessi tornare ad Amsterdam
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, arredata con gusto, attenzione ai piccoli dettagli e servizi che non ti aspetti da un piccolo hotel, abbiamo trovato un bollitore, una selezione di the e tisane veramente buone, il phon potentissimo, la culla che avevamo richiesto molto comoda.

Cons:

Unica pecca, due piani a piedi ma ci può stare!

We were very disappointed to find out that the "24h reception" was essentially a 3D screen, from where you call and see the receptionists that worked in another place (and most probably for several hotels at the same time...).
This felt very weird and artificial and I think that its a case where budget cutting has gone too far - it really feels rather dystopic.
I have to note however that the receptionist staff were great and tried their best, in this very unfriendly system.
On another topic, in terms of cleanliness, the top cover of the bed had quite a few visible dot stains.
Lastly the coffee machine in the room was most definitely not in working condition.

Nice cosy hotel in perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect, the interior decor very nice and the bed and bathroom were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no actual staff onsite but this digital 'person' which I personally don't really like.. Also just next to the entrance of my room was a shelf on eye height above the stand for my suitcase and because of its location, I bumped my forehead multiple times on this very sharp edge (and I'm not clumsy), just a bit unfortunate..
