Pros:

Magnifique ensemble de villas. Le logement que l'on a réservé est spacieux, confortable et à l'étage donc calme et belle vue sur la mer. Très grande piscine très agréable. Personnel adorable et très disponible.

Cons:

La villa est proche de la route donc il peut y avoir un peu de bruit le soir quand tout le monde rentre du port/de la plage. Autrement tout s'est bien passé.

Loved Villa Nika! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast each morning with good variety. Ordered lunch a couple times and it was delicious. 3 minute walk to the beautiful Agia Marina beach. Nice pool that we enjoyed after the beach and in the evenings. 10 minute walk to old port and 20 minute walk to town. Good WiFi, which was needed as i was working 6-8 hours on weekdays.

Wonderful villa where to want to come back
Pros:

Great property for relaxation. What really makes a difference is warm and hospitable receptionists who upgraded our room and were constantly available. We would definitely come back. Swimming pool is awesome.

Bed was too soft and small for two adults.

Wonderful place to call home while on Spetses.
Pros:

The property is very spacious. We had a two bedroom, two bath apartment and it was very private for two couples. There are also other pull out beds and sofa in large living room. It’s very quiet and relaxing. Nice pool right outside the door. It is a small place with three buildings. The breakfast was very good and the staff were delightful and so, so helpful. Loved all of them. They really went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.
It is very close to a lovely beach -only a few minutes walk and also a ten minute walk to the old port where there are excellent restaurants and great views. The walk into town center is about 20-30 minutes.

Cons:

The beds are very firm and the linens could have been a little wider for better comfort with two people.

Pros:

Nice small boutique hotel. Very nice staff. A short walk to to center and the old harbour where we liked best to eat. Also short walk to the Beach Club. Some noise from the street. But over alla very nice place. The staff was exceptional service and friendliness.

A perfect get away villa, the staff was absolutely amazing, great breakfast selection, free shuttle service to the port, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and clean pool and rooms; we loved it; definitely a place to visit again.

Cons:

Be prepared to go mosquito hunting at night, as some of the mosquito nets have holes and need replacement.
