The hotel offers a comfortable and inviting stay, with beautiful furniture and a well-designed bathroom that add to its charm. While the rooms are already appealing, they could benefit from some regular preventative maintenance to maintain their top-notch quality. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious, making for a delightful experience.

Location was not bad at city centre.
Staff treatment is very terrible and they tried to steal money from me saying they dont accept payment with credit card and asked me to pay cash in euros which they will benefit from in exchanging the currency( not the hotel but the staff namely the manager and the receptionist). I disagreed so they gave me a very damaged room next to the part of the hotel where they were repairing the stairs ( imagine the noise)

Dining experience was not that great. The order of food came quick but for over an hour no one came to ask. I had to find waitress even to order more drinks and ask for the bill.
In the bathroom, no floor mat or hand towels provided.

I had a great stay at the Friendship International Hotel. Great, friendly, and very helpful staff, first class services, an amazing room with everything, all for a very read price. Very appealing and clean hotel with great art work. Only five minutes from the airport by shuttle in a beautiful and modern part of town. Will gladly stay here again on my next visit. JN
My stay at Friendship Hotel was disappointing from start to finish. I had to stay there for two weeks, and it was one of the most unwelcoming and poorly managed hotel experiences I've ever had.
The biggest issue I had was with the rude and inhospitable behavior from staff. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, there was a consistent lack of professionalism and courtesy. My requests were often replied with sarcasm or dismissiveness. For example, room service is almost always late. When I called to ask about a delayed tea order, the the restaurant staff told me there is no staff to deliver it to my room and said, "You do know there is a kettle in your room." 😐
The rooms were old and poorly maintained. The lighting was dim, the rugs were dirty, and the bathrooms lacked proper cleanliness. Many of the facilities were either broken or unavailable. Incredibly, the entire hotel had just one mobile iron for guests (as told by the receptionist) to share. Good luck getting it when you need it.
I do not recommend relying on their shuttle service, as they do not wait at the airport for arriving guests. Instead, the shuttle only leaves the hotel after you're already out of the airport, and their agents call the driver. It was late for our pickup, and when I asked the receptionist why, I was told the driver wouldn’t “wait around for hours."
The food is okay and cheap. But this is only for the restaurant case and does not reflect on the breakfast included in the room.
Overall, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Between the rude staff, lack of cleanliness, and unreliable service, it's simply not worth 80 USD.
Excellent location
I've stayed here at least 4 times in recent years. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is outstanding. The wifi simply didn't work in the lobby or room, even after asking assistance, it still would not work. The bed is not comfortable but he area is nice and staff always helpful.
Overall the hotel was good inside . But when you come out from the hotel no proper shops were around and too much construction work was going on in the area . Very bad and busy sidewalks which may force you to run back to your room.
Apart from that the staff and the food were excellent.
The price was too high I guess.
