Un très joli hôtel... à condition de changer le personnel
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé et les chambres plutôt confortables.

Cons:

La gestion du personnel est une catastrophe. Une seule personne l'après-midi pour accueillir les clients (30 minutes d'attente et une chambre pas prête avant 16h30). Et le lendemain matin, personne peu aimable et incompétente (m'a donné trois fois de suite la clé d'une autre chambre !!!)

Comfortable hotel in a nice location
Pros:

Great location, nice room, comfortable bed, good view of sea from the balcony. Hotel’s beach area with chairs and umbrellas was good.

Cons:

Fridge incredibly small and no freezer compartment. Air conditioning unit kept dripping on the floor.

Decent but overpriced
Pros:

Great hotel, great location, good value.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, in a great location.
Room was very spacious and had everything we needed.
Pool area is really nice with a few sun loungers, towels provided.
We had cocktails from the bar (happy hour 2-4-1, sat outside. Nice ambiance.
Loved the fact that beach loungers, towels and lounger covers were provided in a private area of the beach.
We also had breakfast on our last day,which was superb.

Cons:

Not keen on the bathroom set up in the room. We were travelling friends and there’s not much privacy in the shower or wash area, although we did figure out a way. It’s a separate toilet, so we opened the door and the shower door, which then firmed a bit of a cubicle.
Sometimes a bit of privacy is required.

Rooms are small and outdated. They need renovation. The AC does not work properly. The staff are not the friendliest.

Disappointed with the stay. To expensive and everything was broken.
Pros:

I come to Miami Beach with my family a few a times a year. I thought I would try a new hotel. This was a very high end hotel with lots of amenities. The location of Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore is great. It would be better if it was on the beach side of Collins. I came here because they have gym and rooftop pool. The restaurant looked nice, pool was beautiful.

Cons:

Everything was broken. The key to my room didn't work, the safe was broken, the gym was tiny and poor equipment. TThe staff was very unfriendly. The lady at check-in wasn't nice or helpful. She didn't give me any information. It was a very weird interaction.

Excellent location for not being on the beach
Pros:

The location on Collins Avenue is convenient to the beach and Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive.

Cons:

The street and AC units on the surrounding roofs make it noisy when you are outside and when the balcony sliders were open.

Pros:

Location and the size. It’s a boutique hotel that is right in the middle of everything. It was an updated step in the past. The staff was wonderful.
