Check your final room statement.
Cons:

Check your bill, they charged higher room rate than what was announced in booking. Not talking about the tax.
I am still waiting booking.com to reimburse me, the facility said that happens.
Extra headache to deal with after the vacation.

Regreso con los ojos cerrados!
Pros:

Ubicación Excelente cerca de Ocean Drive, Playa, restaurantes y tiendas. A la vuelta en Lincoln Rd junto a un Ross, Seven 7, Five Below, Walgreens, CVS. Igual a la vuelta parada de Bus 36 Downtown Doral que te lleva a Miami Design District y Downtown. Cuarto limpio, Instalaciones impecables, Excelente Regadera... Agua Caliente y Mucha presión. Nos recibieron con frutos secos y botella de vino tinto de cortesía. Cama cómoda solo un detalle incómodo... Las almohadas demasiado Altas para nuestro gusto.
El desayuno No puedo opinar ya que todos los días nos salimos a distintas opciones muy recomendables.... Esas son otra historia :)
En recepción de cortesía todo el dia hay agua infusión de citricos que me encantó 💕

Ubicación. Limpieza. Productos de higiene personal.

Cons:

Pésima relación precio-calidad. Vistas de las ventanas a los equipos de aire acondicionado. Sistema de aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. Si necesitas calentar leche para bebes: la única opción es pedir que traigan un microondas y volver a llamar para que lo retiren. Agua de la pileta FRÍA. No nos gusto para nada. No vuelvo.

Service pas à la hauteur des prix demandés
Pros:

L' emplacement est bien, à proximité d'un parking public et des rues fréquentées telles que Lincoln et océan. A quelques pas de la plage. Les chambres sont propres.distributeur d'eau fraîche et glaçons dans l'hotel.

Cons:

Les prix sont surfaits pour la qualité du service proposé. La chambre ne dispose pas de salle de bain mais d'une douche avec évier à côté du lit. La chambre face à la mer avec balcon est très bruyante à cause des groupes de ventilation sur les toits; de plus le frigo de la chambre faisait également du bruit. L'organisation du petit déjeuner et le personnel du restaurant nous ont beaucoup déçus...pas de buffet mais uniquement 4 choix à la carte (on fait vite le tour), le personnel n'est pas très souriant ni même flexible ; le garçon s'est trompé sur notre commande et voulait nous faire payer son choix. Nous avons demandé de préparer un déjeuner avant l' heure de service pour notre départ, le personnel a refusé sans même essayer de comprendre ou de proposer une solution. Ce n'est pas un hôtel que je recommande aux français et aux belges car avec les prix pratiqués, le service devrait être au-dessus.

The room was nice, the front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant staff wasnt so friendly and amicable. It took a long while for them to notice me and help me on several occasions. They were terrible.

Estadía genial en South Beach
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación ya que hay cerca supermercados, farmacia , tiendas de ropa y en especial la playa, la limpieza de las habitaciones fueron impecables , la comodidad de la cama y como plus el agua free.
