Pros:

Lage top um abends etwas zu erleben oder tagsüber an den Strand zu gehen. Der Hotelpool war das beste am Hotel.

Cons:

-Personal: War mehr mit Pizza essen beschäftigt als mit den Gästen.Fragen blieben unbeantwortet oder wurden sachlich falsch beantwortet (z.B. zum zugehörigen Strand)
-Frühstück: Katastrophe!!! Man bekommt gleich beim einchecken gesagt das man zw 8 und 10:30 etwas bekommt - "danach bekommen sie nichts mehr!". Die Voucher für die Teilnahme am Frühstück mußte man JEDEN Morgen vorher an der Rezeption abholen - also ging einer immer 15 Minuten vorher los - diese Zeit brauchte man bis der Voucher ausgefüllt war. Man konnte aus 4 Gerichten 1 wählen (selbst meine Frau stand hungrig wieder auf (obwohl sie ehr isst wie ein Spatz!)) und 1 Getränk. Der lauwarme Kaffee wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt - diesen hätte man gegen Bezahlung ordern müssen. Dies fiel uns angesichts der Freundlichkeit des Personals und dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis schwer!!! Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Das schlechteste Hotelerlebnis der letzten 10 Jahre!

Overall great stay
Pros:

My friend and I had a great stay here and absolutely loved our time in Miami. The hotel is very appealing when you first walk in, and the front desk team — particularly the night audit — was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Our room was perfect for an entry-category room: comfortable, clean, and everything we needed for our stay.
The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s just one street from the beach, with stores nearby for necessities, and there are plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. We also loved that the hotel provides complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas — such a great perk and something we definitely took advantage of.
The breakfast had a good variety of options, although there was some inconsistency with the service and what was included in our breakfast rate. It wasn't clearly explained on arrival, so on our first day we assumed that a juice, tea, and breakfast item were included. On the second day, however, we were told that only one beverage was included. The first morning also involved quite a bit of waiting for basic requests, including milk for tea.
That said, these were relatively minor issues in an otherwise very enjoyable stay. We loved the hotel, the location, and the overall experience, and we would happily stay here again when we're back in Miami.

Hotel stay was overall great for the short stay! Be mindful of extra charges
Pros:

The breakfast food was delicious and fresh. Awesome location and reasonable distant to and from airport for my short stay!

Cons:

Poor communication from staff while awaiting for my room, I was not informed I had access to free beach towel and chair. After spending $50 on beach towel and chair, and finally being checked in to my room was I informed of it.
I was only staying one night, but I arrived early. Then asked if I could be accommodated to a late checkout. I was not accommodated but charged $50 for a late check out and offered a free complimentary breakfast on my stay.

Pros:

La chambre était correcte et l'hôtel se situe bien pour visiter Miami Beach. Y'a une belle piscine au roof top. Pleins des boutiques et des restos autour.

Cons:

Si vous avez une visite tôt le matin donc oublier votre petit déjeuner car service seulement à partir de 8 hrs et en plus c'est sur la carte qui prend un tout petit moment pour vous servir.
