Went in February with my daughter to escape winter in NYC. We had the best time. Check in was easy, staff was extremely friendly. Abdullah was very helpful. Overall had an amazing experience. Would recommend.
My husband and I traveled to Miami for the boat show and truly enjoyed our stay. While the rooms are on the smaller side and modest, they are exceptionally clean and very comfortable — exactly what you need after a full day at the show. It is evident that the housekeeping staff take great pride in ensuring cleanliness and comfort for their guests.
The location is fantastic. It’s within easy walking distance to the conference center, wonderful restaurants, and the beach, which made everything incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel restaurant was exceptional with “half price drinks” Happy Hour daily.
The true highlight of our visit, however, was Abdullah at the front desk. While others were not as accommodating, Abdullah was genuinely pleasant, kind, and welcoming. More than that, he made it his personal mission to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. His attentiveness and positive spirit made a lasting impression on us.
We are grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again.

No heating at night. Room was very cold. Staff had to come turn on the heat, but was still not sufficient.

We arrived about 12 hrs before our room was ready and the staff worked as hard as they could and got us a room before our time so we thank them so much . They helped us with our bags and everyone was just so helpful would like to throw Abdullah and the young lady at the front desk for everything they did to make our experience as wonderful as they did would highly recommend this place will come back for our next cruise departure!!!
We stayed one week at this hotel and it felt like home, such a hard goodbye! We had a lovely wastafel, the staff was super Nice, especially Paulo was super friendly! The breakfast was the best we had in Miami. The interior is a bit outdated,but very clean. Would definitly come back!
Nice hotel to stay with the family and the location is perfect
We had a terrible flight due to bad weather and last thing my colleague and I needed was problem checking in the hotel. Apollo was the person working the front desk. He was a delight. He is very professional and accommodating. He made sure all 4 of us were taken care off and the check-in process was seamless. Apollo was great . 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
