Great One Day Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this IHG Iberostar hotel. After returning from our cruise, we decided to spend one night here before driving back to Tampa.

We arrived early, around 9:30 a.m., and Talia at the front desk immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. As expected, our room wasn’t ready yet, but she assured us we would be a priority—and she absolutely delivered on that promise.

Edwardo, the bellman, took our luggage and securely stored it while we valeted our car. We had planned ahead, packed our swimsuits in a separate bag, and spent the morning relaxing by the pool. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks from the first-floor bar while we waited.

By 11:30 a.m., our room was ready. When we arrived, Edwardo was already waiting outside with our luggage as I opened the door. That’s outstanding service.

The room was bright and spacious, featuring two floor-to-ceiling windows, a large spotless bathroom, and a stylish blend of retro and modern design.

The next morning, we had breakfast at Salt Café, where the service was prompt, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent.

From the warm welcome to the efficient service and beautiful accommodations, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay.

Climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit et empêche de dormir.
Pas de douche pour les départs tardifs j’avoue que cela ne m’est jamais arrivé à l’étranger. Lorsque que les vols sont le soirs il est toujours possible de prendre une douche dans une pièce de courtoisie. Pas dans cet hôtel !

Aucune ombre à la piscine (3 parasols).
Chambre qui ne se ferme pas, nous avons dû demander à la maintenance de venir. Ils ont fait une réparation de fortune mais la porte ne fermé toujours pas bien, très limite pour cette catégorie d’hôtel et pour un Iberostar.
Je ne recommande pas du tout
