A beautiful Hotel with spectacular staff who are very helpful

The staff is beyond nice they went out of their way to help me solve problems around my trip not only in Chiang Mai

앳 핑나콘호텔이 3개가 있어서 잘 확인하고 가셔야해요. 저희는 잘못 찾아갔는데 호텔 벤으로 태워주셨어요.. 감사합니다.. 조식이 정말 맛있어요 커피를 시키면 멋진 라떼아트를 해주세요. 화장실에 따뜻한 물이 정말정말 잘나왔어요 근데 숙소가 전체적으로 음기가 강한 느낌이 들어요 화장실도 조금 난해한 인테리어로 애들이 혼자 쓰면 좀 무서워할 것 같은 느낌? 하지만 정말 좋았습니다. 산 앞에 있는데 방충망이 없어서 벌레가 잘 들어올 것 같아요. 저희가 이용할 때 보지는 못했어요. 수영장이 있는데 추워서 들어가지는 못했어요 겉보기로는 근사합니다. 그런데 번화가 주변이 아니라서 위치가 좋은 것 같지는 않아요. 집 근처에 편의점이나 식당이 많은 곳을 원한다면 비추입니다.

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at Pingnakorn Huaykaew Chiangmai From the warm welcome to the friendly yet professional staff, everything was top-notch! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless.

Breakfast was truly to die for, with plenty of local and international options to choose from.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is ideally situated, just far enough from the main street to ensure a peaceful environment, yet conveniently close to shops for easy access.

Our room was exceptionally clean and featured a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different preferences. The balcony provided a tranquil atmosphere, with trees and birds creating a feeling that you’re not in the city. Additionally, the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and approachable, enhancing the overall experience.

Loved staying here! The hotel is beautiful and a short walk to the West Gate in old Chiang Mai City. Breakfast is included and served in a lovely dining room. There is also a pool to enjoy. This is a great choice when in Chiang Mai!!!

The decor is eclectic and beautiful with nice details throughout.

Cleanliness , Room Size and upkeep . Bed Sheets & towels were changed daily . Rooms well kept . The front office staff is very efficient and helpful. Forgetting the name of a particular staff member who wore spectacles 👓. He was very sweet and efficient and always willing to help . He was a multi tasker . Helped out with our locker , helped in the breakfast when there was communication breakdown, immediately helped with drop off to airport when checking out etc etc .

No dining or restaurant services , though they have a dedicated and beautiful facility of a dining hall . I think the breakfast was outsourced or on contract basis . Breakfast was cold and hot beverages cold too. Staff at Breakfast was non English speaking other than a Manager or two . No signs on food items to differentiate between Pork , Beef or Other Non vegetarian options. Literally not good for non vegetarians or people who avoid Pork & Beef . Caters more to Local or Chinese tourists. Hot beverages in a buffet breakfast limited to one cup of coffee. Moreover the food was cold and communication with breakfast serving staff was limited . During the day if you’re hungry you have to rely on grab or other food delivery apps .

If the breakfast or restaurant service during the day were improved and available, i would definitely rate it 4 on 5 .

What a fantastic find!
Tucked away on a back-street, well away from the main road, so nice and quiet.
We had a lovely double room to the rear of the hotel.
It's positioned almost exactly between the old town and Nimman, so an easy walk to both (10-15 mins).
Buffet breakfasts were generous, and coffee can be made to order.
All the staff were very helpful.WiFi worked well

You walk past 'Friend Massage' on the way to the hotel, which is also recommended!

Stunning hotel , thoughtful and elegant decor. Comfortable rooms, excellent beds, accommodating and professional staff.
The breakfast buffet is a fantastic experience in itself. Beautiful and delicious food that is well attended wonderfully presented and truly delicious. What a great experience! Highly recommended.

We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm.

I've stayed at "At Pingnakorn Nimman" before and loved the room, price and breakfast so this is my second time at one of my favorite's hotel group.

The hotel is located in a small soi with no much nearby but still walkable to Nimman Road where all the shops are and hotel provide free shuttle service but I did not have a chance to use since I rent a car. The room is specious and decorations is over the top although a bit too much for my taste. Everything works well in the bathroom, strong hot water pressure. The staff is very friendly and serve us drinking water as soon as we sat down by the pool. They also switched room for us instantly when I told them about the noise from nearby restaurant. Wi-fi works well and breakfast is great variety with a touch of northern food.

The only thing I don't like is the mattress which is too hard. If they put a topper of some kind it would be perfect. The TV is a bit small but not a big issue.

Great hotel

Hotel assez bruyant. Pas d'isolation. Réveillez tôt le matin. On entend les gens (ou le personnel) qui parlent comme si ils étaient dans la chambre. Avions qui passent au dessus mais heureusement vers 22h30 23h c'est fini. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, elle sert juste de déco.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais il n'y a que du salé. Faut avoir envie de manger des plats thaïlandais des le matin et tout est froid.
On se serait contenté d'un peu de pain ou biscottes...
Dommage car le cadre est très chaleureux.Un petit palais thaïlandais.
La literie est correcte et les chambres très spacieuses.

The room amenities, the lovely settings, the balcony, the nice curtain, desk, gym .... all perfect. Breakfast i wouldnt expect to be this good, but this is excellent. Only thing, i find a bit annoy is a frequent aircraft passed by during late evening but before midnight. However, the experience was great.

I LOVED the decor. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Several times I needed translation regarding items I wanted to buy and they were happy to write it down for me so the people at the markets could understand me. They also suggested how much I could offer the red shuttle drivers to get to where I needed to go. The food was DELICIOUS!!

The hotel was amazing. A hidden gem of a place. The staff kind and accommodating, and the view was simply spectacular. The perfect holiday getaway.
