住宿地點佳，但若要前往住宿地點建議從K12坐手扶梯出來後走到對街較佳，因住宿地點的捷運出口站只有樓梯，電梯有一段距離。其他部分體驗都可以，短時間入住CP值挺好。
房間隔音不佳，若對聲音敏感，飯店有附耳塞可以使用。
地點超級方便，性價比高。
床是標準單人/雙人床，有小孩（但又未能自己一人睡的年紀）的家庭會很擠，睡得不舒服。
所以即使酒店容許不佔床位的小孩不用加錢，還是當大人一般訂3/4人家庭房會比較好
水池堵塞、洗澡間下水道堵塞，導致第一天入住旅館的體驗很糟糕！非常失望！旅館也沒有支付給顧客一定程度的賠款！

Cost, location and HVAC.
Staff needs to use Hydrogen Peroxide for cleaning the showers and bathroom. Why Peroxide, because it's VERY cheap and kills mold. There was a lot of mold in the shower & bathroom. Especially where surface cleaning is missed due to hidden areas and tight spaces.
Wow, where to begin? There's a lot that I liked about our stay at Click Hotel. 1) BIG room. I booked a room with separate twin beds, but we were given 1 twin and 1 king, which was awesome ☺️ 2) strong AC and reliable hot and cold shower. There's a notice that they won't provide single-use toiletries anymore (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap bar), but there's shampoo and shower gel in dispensers available 👍 3) 24/7 FREE coffee, snacks, and hot/cold drinking water. Nothing beats some chilled water, right out of the Click elevator, after walking a long time under the hot sun 😌 4) 24-hour concierge and approachable staff. Special thanks to Sammy for checking us in at 4:30am! 🤗 and lastly 5) just CLEAN everything. The hallway has air purifiers and scented diffusers. There were no stray hairs in our room, no unknown stains on the linens, no surprise cockroaches, or musty smells in the room and bathroom 💯 The location is great, obviously. But compared to similarly priced hotels around the area, Click Hotel is within a medium-sized building (10 floors?), meaning we didn't have to wait a long time for an elevator to come to our floor. Thank you Click Hotel for the wonderful stay! Will definitely recommend and book again! 🤗🥳
I wish the complimentary MRT map had been provided to us upon check-in since we got lost a lot of the time 😅 The map was a tremendous help on Day 2 haha 😄

Great convenient location, close to train station & surrounding restaurants & breakfast vendors. The common area was good with free snacks & kitchen facilities + table & chairs for eating with a good view of the city
The hotel is on 5th floor. The ground floor entrance has a bit downmarket feel
