性價比高
Pros:

地點位置在臺中火車站後方，對搭車的旅客來說很方便，附近也有商圈，採買也很方便。早餐很豐盛。員工很禮貌，有賓至如歸的感覺。性價比高。

Cons:

第一天住宿的7樓梯間跟走廊有聞到濃濃的菸味，我對菸味很敏感，這點我很介意。因為住宿的位置偏馬路旁，到凌晨四點左右開始，就會一直聽到車流聲跟貨車司機卸貨的聲音。窗戶有兩層，可是好像沒什麼管用，還是聽得到噪音。

Pros:

飯店雖然有年代，但房間的乾淨度舒適度很好，房間蠻大的，有附早餐，還不錯吃，火車站走過馬路就到了，隔壁亦是百貨公司，CP值很高，買吃的喝的選擇很多。

立地とお値段合わせたら、また泊まりたいです
Pros:

2回目利用でしたが、駅から近くて便利。タクシー乗りや場もすぐなので移動に便利です。徒歩圏内に美味しいお店や便利なお店が多くて楽しめました！

Cons:

机横の棚？部分にほこりがびっしり。荷物を置けるスペースだったが、使えませんでした。トイレットペーパーホルダーがなかったり、お風呂のカーテンが短すぎて（バスタブよりだいぶ上までしかない）床がビショビショになったり、洗面・トイレ・風呂の作りは？？でした
