Pros:

MRT新北投からのアクセス良好。周りの観光スポットも近い。建物は若干古めで、隣の部屋の音が少し響くため、気になる人はいるかも。古さよりも部屋に温泉がついていて、大浴場も利用できる点が勝つ。ゆっくり出来ました。フロントのスタッフさんはとても親切。少々の英語が話せれば、コミュニケーションには困らない。

部屋で天然温泉にいつでも入れるのがとても良かった。泉質も良かった。
内装は少し古くなっているところもあったが清潔にされている印象。
スタッフは礼儀正しい。

温泉が素晴らしかったです。部屋の中にも温泉が引かれ、お湯を張れたのは良かったです。ただ、露天風呂に入るのに入場券を渡されて、それを持っていくのは面倒でした。二泊したのにいただいた入場券は１枚。これを交渉せずとも何回も入れるようにしてほしいです。

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんかとても親切でした。隣の部屋が水漏れをしていて、大変な状況ではありました。またテレビの不具合がありましたが、直ぐに対応いただけました。
温泉もゆっくり入れました。ドライヤーもきちんとあり助かりました。
朝食も十分なメニューでした。

チェックイン時間は要確認
Pros:

ホテル詳細では20時チェックインとなってましたが、15時に聞いてみると16時か17時には入れるとのことで北投散歩に出かけました。でも16時前に雷雨になりホテル玄関前の椅子で休憩していたところ、部屋の準備ができたとのことで、早速温泉を楽しめました。
ピークシーズンだと20時なのかもしれませんが、とりあえず聞いてみるのはありです。
スタッフに日本語堪能な女性がいたのもとても助かりました。

Pros:

チェックインの時間が夕方5時と言われて、時間を潰すのが大変でしたので、チェックインの時間がもうちょい早いと良いのではないでしょうか。でも温泉はよかったです。温泉博物館へも歩いて行けますし、地熱谷にでも歩いて行けます。駅から近いし値段も安いので満足です。

大浴場の温泉には、内風呂、露天風呂、サウナがあり、旅の疲れを癒すことが出来ました。
部屋の中にも、シャワーに加えて温泉が溜められる湯船があり、贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
朝食はバイキング形式で種類も豊富で、ゆっくりと食べることが出来ました。とくにルーロー飯が美味しかったです。
日本語が喋れるスタッフさんがおり、施設の説明をしてもらい助かりました。

Pros:

The elevator was dark and quite scary. The room was cold and moldy and lights in the room was not bright enough. The receptionist was not patient and made us felt not welcome. There was no hand soap in the room so that I had to use body wash to wash my hands which is not convenient. Overall, this hotel needs to improve their basic services and facilities.

朝食は毎日同じで温かく。物を入れる所が少ない。お風呂はとてもいい、朝食の食べるる所の人掃除の人はとても親切です。駅からも近く便利です。今回で2回目です。

駅から近くで、周りにも飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーなど、不便は無いし、ホテルの料金も安くて、温泉の泉質も、良さげな感じでした。オススメしますよ。

露天風呂がありくつろげました。
ただし、閉館時間があるので、かなり早めに行く必要があります。
また屋内にも広いお風呂がありますし、お部屋にも温泉があり楽しめます！

部屋に温泉が付いており、さらに大浴場（露天風呂もある）がある。ゆっくり過ごすには最高の場所でした。朝食も美味しくいただけました。2日とも大浴場は08:30〜10:00まで利用したが、ガラガラで大満足。日本と違い24時間利用はできないのが残念。しかし、いい湯だった。

The facility is old and dated. The onsen is dirty and many parts are broken. The staff is very rude with ALL clients! Zero customer service skill. They even call 10 mins before check out urging me to check out before the official time…

離新北投車站很近，溫泉很舒服，房間和公眾的都有，包正常早餐，附近很多觀光地方，房間床很大，冷氣偏凍，亦只提供1支門匙。整體而言尚算不錯。有機會會再入住。
