Overall a very nice hotel and would stay again
Pros:

Very spacious rooms with high quality amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly, with many speaking English. Excellent breakfasts. The Club Residence lounge was a highlight with nice views and excellent service and food selections. Leona deserves a special mention. Very welcoming, friendly, approachable and helpful.

Cons:

Single beds in twin room when there is enough space for twin doubles. Not a deal breaker but some feedback as this could easily be a 5 star hotel. The found the mattresses were very uncomfortable (hard) but were replaced with soft top mattresses when I asked if there was something that could be done. We were staying for a week so we appreciated their efforts and consideration. The central heating was far too warm but we were able to open a window which helped. This seems pretty common in China from what we experienced.

This property could rival JW Marriott or the Ritz Carlton!!
Pros:

The customer service illustrated by the staff was extraordinary ALL the time!!! We utilized the “club level” and the team there was top shelf!! Lastly, we had breakfast with our reservation and it was extremely good.

Cons:

Can’t think of a single thing!!

100% recomendado
Pros:

Conozco muchos hoteles al rededor del mundo y este era perfecto, limpieza y orden espectacular, tranquilo, silencioso, atención del personal 100% destacada, comida muy variada. Me quedaría aquí cada vez que visite China sin duda.

Muy buena
Pros:

El upgrade, fue genial, habitación enorme. El personal muy gentil, se nos quedó un bolso y me lo hicieron llegar sin problema a otra ciudad donde me encontraba.

Cons:

Por ser invierno solo tenían aire caliente, por lo que las habitaciones eran súper abrigadas, se tuvo que solicitar desbloquearán la ventana para poder ventilar y enfriar la habitación.

Magnífico
Pros:

Estuvimos alojados en una habitación al lado del residence club en dos ocasiones. La primera la habitación era estupenda y la segunda una auténtica maravilla. Amplia, moderna, limpia… el servicio estupendo y el restaurante magnífico tanto para el desayuno como para las cenas. Muy variado y con comida de todo tipo: China, japonesa, occidental…. La relación calidad precio magnifica y la situación muy buena. A 20 minutos de la Plaza Tiananmen y 30 de la Ciudad Prohibida. Si regreso a Pekín me hospedaré seguro de nuevo en este hotel.

Great service in a central location
Pros:

The room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious with so many different dishes. The service from the staff was excellent, they were very helpful. The location was within walking distance of key shopping and historical locations.

Cons:

No room service overnight. My sister arrived after midnight and we couldn't order anything for her to eat.
