Pros:

We were able to get a free room upgrade, which was unexpected! The room was very spacious and beds were surprisingly very comfortable.

Location was great, with rentable bikes right outside of the main entrance. I appreciated the toiletries and brand choice as it felt like a luxurious, but not pretentious experience.

The staff were also very kind. In addition, Felix from the front desk was soooooo amazing! She was so helpful when I asked her for assistance with ordering a luggage to be sent to my next destination in another city since I needed a Chinese number. She was so polite and even connected with me to provide updates along the way.

Une bonne base pour visiter la ville.
Pros:

Notre chambre dans la residence était grande et confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Restaurant buffet varié mais pas de changement d’un jour à l’autre. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville.

Pros:

Lage, Frühstück

Cons:

Personal nicht Service orientiert. Personal trug im Frühstücksraum verschmutzte Kleidung, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt resp. gereinigt.
Wasserschaden in unserem Zimmer. Wurde vom Techniker behoben. Aber unsere Kulturbeutel samt Inhalt waren total durchnässt, was aber niemanden interessierte.
Insgesamt eher 4 als 5 Sterne Hotel.

Pros:

Upgraded to a massive suite. Stunning room with all mod cons. Paid for residence club - worth every penny. We must have spent every evening at Happy Hour 5.30-7.30pm. That alone is worth upgrading for.

Fabulous hotel in central location with relaxing spa area
Pros:

The location, breakfast, and spa area were excellent. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The mattress could have been a bit softer but that is a minor issue. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Beijing.

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

Es un hotel fantástico si viajas a Pekin. Las habitaciones son inmensas, se realiza limpieza cada día y te dejan muchas botellas de agua para que nunca falte. Leí que las camas eran incómodas pero nada más lejos de la realidad, simplemente un colchón un poco más duro. Recomiendo encarecidamente coger una habitación con beneficios premium puesto que incluye snacks, café y té todo el día en el reservado del rooftop y, además, la happy hour de 17h 19h en la prácticamente puedes cenar también. El desayuno es muy amplio y variado con opciones chinas y occidentales.

El hotel está situado cerca del templo del cielo y se puede ir andando a casi todos los lugares más turísticos. Además, se puede coger fácilmente un taxi desde recepción. Alrededor del hotel hay un centro comercial con muchas opciones para comer si no se quiere ir lejos.

Cons:

La piscina del spa es más un centro de natación para ninos que un lugar de relax.
