minibar war komplett leer. auch wenn zu bezahlen wäre hätte ich gerne ein paar Getränke optional bereits am Zimmer gehabt.

Schönes Hotel aber nicht perfekt und recht teuer
Pros:

Zimmer schön und schön groß, auch das Badezimmer. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr sauber.
Es gibt im Gebäude Snack-, Kaffee- und Eis-Automaten mit sehr guten Produkten zu vertretbaren Preisen.
Im Ströck-Cafe gegenüber gibt es sehr gutes Frühstück und Kaffee zu normalen Preisen.

Cons:

Die astronomischen Preise für Getränke aus der Minibar sind nur über eine Webseite abrufbar, nicht direkt angeschrieben. Was außerhalb des Kühlschranks alles zu Minibar gehört, ist nicht gekennzeichnet.
Fernseher-Menü gesperrt, Ton sehr schlecht und kann nicht umgestellt werden.
Parken: 30€/Tag, keine Ermäßigung für Hotelgäste.
Trotz Vorauszahlung wird eine Kreditkarte verlangt.
Preise (Zimmer, Frühstück) zeitweilig stark überhöht - während Donauinselfest nicht empfehlenswert.

Ton vom Fernseher wurde irgendwie nur im Bad abgespielt - zuerst ein bisschen ungewöhnlich aber war dann gar nicht schlimm

لا يوجد توضيح مسبق لمواقف السيارات ولا يوجد هناك من يساعد في حمل الحقائب او حتى عربه
الحمام لا يوجد فيه شطاف ماء
للاسف تعامل الاغلب هناك لم يكن موفق

Gut - aber keine 5 Sterne
Pros:

Die Lage ist angenehm und der Komplex macht vor allem für Business-Reisen sinn. Meetingräume, Restaurants und ein paar Bars befinden sich in der nähe.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns beim Check-In gesagt, dass sie uns in die frisch renovierten Zimmer einbucht als "kleines Upgrade" - von frisch renoviert war aber keine Spur. Die Zimmer waren sauber und haben gepasst aber Gebrauchsspuren waren deutlich zu erkennen - vor allem im Bad bei den Armaturen.
Alles in allem war das Hotel absolut in Ordnung - jedoch ist ein 3 Sterne Motel One auf dem gleichen Niveau - zumindest nachdem was ich gesehen habe. Vielleicht sind die LEVEL Rooms deutlich besser. SG

Die Lage und die Austattung

Cons:

Bin 1 mal pro jahr dort und eigentlich immer top zufrieden aber dieses mal war ein defekt an der Dusche, die Wände waren dreckig und der Teppich zerfranst. Bin besseres vom Melia gewohnt.

Tolles Erlebnis auf unserer Tour entlang der Donau von Ulm nach Bratislava.
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer in der14.Etage mit traumhaften Blick auf Wien.

Preis Leistung ist schlecht!
Pros:

Lage des Hotel war für meine Bedürfnissen gut, wurde aber auch nur deswegen ausgesucht

Cons:

Meine Anfrage vorab wegen einem Motorradstellplatz(öffentlicher) wurde nicht beantwortet! Da man in Wien mit einem Zweirad umsonst parken kann, sind über 30 Euro im Hotel meiner Meinung nach zu teuer!
Die Ausstattung des Hotel ist abgewohnt! Die Badtür ließ sich nicht schließen! Die Kaffeemaschine wackelt auf dem Tisch! Die angepriesene Minibar war leer. Und es gab auch keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer!
