Enormt smukt og stilfuldt. Spektakulær udsigt. Meget venligt personale. Udsøgt morgenbuffét.
Tæt på u-bahn og ca. kun 10 min. fra Stephansplatz.

Cons:

Langsommeligt indtjekningssystem.
Jeg savnede adgang til trapper, som ifølge personalet kun måtte bruges til nødstilfælde.
Fitnessrummet lidt lille ift. hotellets størrelse, men meget fint udstyr.

Decent location.

Cons:

Pillows were very uncomfortable, when we asked for certain things such as different pillows and iron, the staff were rude and had attitude. The doors in the bathroom do not close, again when we asked for this to be fixed, we kept getting told the technician is not available but will come and see it the next day but throughout our stay the technician never came and this never got fixed. Had a view of a construction site which wasn’t pleasant.

Pros:

Our hotel clerk- Briheta (not sure the spelling is right) was exceptional. She got us an early check in - she helped us navigate the facilities during our stay - got us taxis - helped us find the train etc
She had that special caring touch!
