Pros:

Der Portier der Dienst hatte, als wir eingecheckt haben war sehr sehr gut und freundlich. Auch ist bei ihm abends an der Bar gut was gelaufen. Bei den anderen nicht!!Liegt es am persönlichen Engagement??!??
Gute Lage bzw. Anbindung an die öffentlichem Verkehrsmittel. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip.
Frühstück gut und reichlich.

Cons:

Die Damen beim Frühstück aben sehr fleißig das Buffet aufgefüllt, leider die Tische nur abgeräumt und neu eingedeckt, wenn keiner mehr dort saß. Bei den kleinen Tischen wird das sehr schnell eng auf dem Tisch.

Correspondeu às expectativas. Excelente preço / qualidade

Os quartos super espaçosos e limpos.
Muito perto do centro. Autocarro mesmo a passar à porta e está só de metro a 2 quarteirões .

Sehr guter Aufenthalt- wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsre Erwartungen durchaus erfüllt. Das Zimmer war ruhig, groß (man hätte Walzer drin tanzen können), gut ausgestattet (Bett sehr bequem) und im Bad gab es eine große Dusche. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist mäßig befahren, man konnte das Fenster offen lassen und trotzdem ruhig schlafen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur circa 10min zu Fuß entfernt, U-Bahn- Haltestelle ist 5min entfernt, Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Der Stadtteil ist sicher nicht der vornehmste von Wien, aber das ist nur ein ganz kleines Minuspünktchen.
Frühstück war gut, verschiedene Brot- und Brötchensorten, Butter, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade etc., kein riesen Buffet, aber vollkommen ausreichend, um gut gesättigt in den Tag zu starten. Das Personal war sehr nett. Sehr erfreulich war, dass wir bei unsrer Ankunft kurz nach 7Uhr morgens schon in unser Zimmer konnten und nicht bis 14Uhr (eigentlicher Check in) warten mussten. Nach einer unruhigen nächtlichen Bahnfahrt war das hervorragend! Sollten wir noch einmal in Wien Urlaub machen, werden wir sicher wieder im Hotel Caroline wohnen!

Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino la fermata della metro Keplerplatz e comunque molto vicino alla stazione centrale, pulito, camera molto grande e accogliente, personale sempre cordiale. Buona colazione

Niente da dire sull'hotel. La zona vicina era molto vicina ad una piazzetta piena di gente visibilmente drogata. Ma basta "tagliare" per evitare incontri spiacevoli

Pros:

Das Zimmer war recht groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet mit Ablagen für die Koffer. Das Bad war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels riesig. Wir waren in teureren Hotels, in denen das Bad nur einen Bruchteil so groß war.
Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es ist für alle etwas dabei, von süß bis deftig.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, die U Bahn ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Betrifft in dem Fall auch das Bad, wir hatten "nur" eine Badewanne, eine Dusche hätte bei der Größe sicher noch rein gepasst :)
