Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern
Pros:

Das große Zimmer und das freundliche Personal. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof und die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir waren schon häufiger im Hotel Caroline und es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen.

Für den Preis leider deutlich zu wenig Sauberkeit, Service und Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet eine reichliche Auswahl. Wenn man früh zum Frühstück kommt, hat man noch seine Ruhe und ausreichend Platz. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und fleißig. Hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war leider sehr enttäuschend. Im Gang lag während meines gesamten Aufenthalts Schmutz, der offenbar nicht entfernt wurde. Auch das Zimmer wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Tisch war bei meiner Ankunft bereits verschmutzt und wurde auch beim Zimmerservice nicht entsprechend gereinigt. Zudem waren die Seifenspender leer und wurden während meines Aufenthalts nicht nachgefüllt. Auch schwarze Haare am Bett haben nicht gerade einen sauberen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Die Fenster auf der Straßenseite waren leider nicht ausreichend schallisoliert, sodass der Straßenlärm deutlich zu hören war. Zudem zog es leicht durch die Fenster.

Auch das Personal empfand ich leider als eher unfreundlich und distanziert. Man fühlte sich teilweise eher wie eine lästige Person als wie ein zahlender Gast. Der Ton war meiner Wahrnehmung nach teilweise recht streng, sodass es mir unangenehm war, die vorhandenen Mängel anzusprechen.

Insgesamt war ich von meinem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Gerade bei diesem Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, einen funktionierenden Zimmerservice und einen freundlicheren Umgang mit Gästen erwartet.

Guys at reception were great.

Cons:

AC is old and room temperature never came below 24 degrees, was too warm for my taste. A fan would have been perfect.

Furniture is old style. Looks new and in condition, but old fashioned.

Camere foarte spatioase, luminoase si dotate cu tot ce trebuie. De la dressing, la masa cu scaune, lampi de veghe, etc.

Micul dejun putea fi mult mai diversificat.
