旅館離車站近，周邊機能很好，以方便和舒適來說，價值大大超出所付的費用，下次有需要還會再選擇入住。
Pros:

客房舒適空間差不多就像日式商務旅館。
房間內有一個很棒的設計，不做窗簾改用整面滑動的正面落地鏡，想透氣時滑動落地鏡便可開窗，想遮光時拉落地鏡巧妙的就將窗戶遮擋，彷彿是一面牆

Cons:

乾濕分離的浴室玻璃門無法擋住水往外滲出，造成淋浴間以外的地方還是濕答答的

此次住宿房內有蟑螂及菸味
Cons:

我已去住宿過3次了，感到品質有越來越差的感覺，此次是剛進房，就聞到令人不舒服的菸味，雖給予了換另一間房，入住後發現白色桌面上竟有一隻剛出生沒多久的小蟑螂在桌邊緣跑動，我用衛生紙把它抓下捏死，心想該沒有了，晚餐後回房竟還發現另一隻約同樣大小的蟑螂出現在我放置桌面上糕餅處跑動，可能是在尋覓食物，於是在抓死它，這是前兩次沒有過的現象，所以感到該房應該有蟑螂窩存在的不乾淨的感覺。
另入住沒多久，又聞到有菸味漸滲入房內的味道，後外出吃飯時，發現該是來自走廊上的菸味，也有跟店家反應了，似乎他們也感到很無奈，有些客人就是不遵守規定在室內吸菸，飯後回房時，走道上菸味有趨淡了，關於這點，以我曾住宿美國旅館的經驗，給個小建議，他們會明示嚴禁室內抽菸，若發現房內有菸味的話，是會被另罰錢的，說詞是除掉房內菸味不易，需花費相當的費用處理掉，幾乎多數旅客是可接受及遵守規定的，所以聞不菸味，令人舒適的。
希望店家能改上以上現象，旅客是會比較的，若品質越來越差的話，入住意願會漸減的，甚至淘汰掉，因週遭可選擇的住宿處不少。
