I would stay there again. The price was very good.
Pros:

Room was nice and big. The staff at the desk was helpful the location was good while not in the city center it was fine. There is a 7 11 less than 5 minutes away.

Cons:

The cleaning staff could do a better job, but not a deal breaker.

A great choice for those seeking inbetween long term stays and full service hotels
Pros:

The residence was a good value, comfortable, and close enough to old town for us. If your looking for luxury, this is not the place. But if your looking for comfort, quiet, and a nice neighborhood, this is a great choice.
The pool and the temperature was great. I love a cold(er) pool, and it was refreshing on warm days.

The elevators were speedy, and the cleaning staff were pretty thorough. There is a nice seated patio in each room as well.

Their monthly rates start at 560 US a month and up to 850.00 for a 2 bedroom suite. Very reasonable. It also includes room laundry twice per week, and maintenance. I highly recommend this option if your staying over a month.

Not much to not like.
