A great choice for those seeking inbetween long term stays and full service hotels
Pros:

The residence was a good value, comfortable, and close enough to old town for us. If your looking for luxury, this is not the place. But if your looking for comfort, quiet, and a nice neighborhood, this is a great choice.
The pool and the temperature was great. I love a cold(er) pool, and it was refreshing on warm days.

The elevators were speedy, and the cleaning staff were pretty thorough. There is a nice seated patio in each room as well.

Their monthly rates start at 560 US a month and up to 850.00 for a 2 bedroom suite. Very reasonable. It also includes room laundry twice per week, and maintenance. I highly recommend this option if your staying over a month.

Cons:

Not much to not like.

Super hôtel à Chiang Mai
Pros:

Très grande chambre, moderne, coin salon très agréable.
La piscine (bien que semi intérieure) est très agréable après une journée de balade. Salle de sport.

Cons:

L’hôtel est à 15-20 min à pieds de la vielle ville

Pros:

The room is spacious, clean and mostly silent. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast has a lot of options. The pool is great to spend time when it extremely hot outside. Complimentary water was also nice.

Cons:

The shower soaps smelled chemical. We bought our own from a local store.

Enjoyed our stay and good value for money!
Pros:

Great accommodation to stay at. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very big and clean. Nice to have a little balcony and sofa as well. Good facilities in the hotel and quiet area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Location is outside the old town and a little walk to places but we knew that already---Not really a problem if you are ok to walk. Gym is small (didn't expected it to be big though!) but nice to have a useable safe to workout.
