Leider kein Frühstück
Ich hatte auf dem Zimmer zwar einen Balkon aber leider keine Sitz möglichkeit und als höflichkeit hätte mein wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser ins Zimmer stellen können
Ich als Kaffee trinker hätte mir wenigstens etwas Kaffee gewünscht vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer oder wenigstens am Empfang. Ein Kaffeautomat hätte es auch getan

Quarto corresponde as imagens, estava limpo e a cama é confortável. O box é um pouco pequeno mas o suficiente para tomar banho. A localização é excelente, há poucos metros do centro histórico. Funcionários baste cortezes e solícitos. Quarto e banheiro possuem janelas grandes que ajudam na ventilação e entrada de luz natural

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach, aber für den Preis ok. Die Lage ist top. Beim Check-In war zwar kein Personal da, so dass wir Self-Check-In machen mussten, vermutlich weil noch nicht richtig Saison ist. Aber beim Check-Out war das Personal da, und so freundlich und charmant, dass insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt war.

La disponibilità di Fabio, il titolare!
Dopo la prenotazione su booking ho chiamato la struttura e dall'altra parte Fabio mi ha messo subito a mio agio, guidandomi telefonicamente fino alla struttura!

Silenzio e comodità. Vicino al centro storico
Pros:

Silenzio, relax e comodità. La camera è molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Vicino al centro storico. I staff sono molto gentili e accoglienti. La prossima volta che torneremo a visitare il magico borgo di Matera sceglieremo sicuramente di soggiornare qui di nuovo. Grazie mille!
