Manageable but would not stay again at all.
Pros:

The pool was a good redeeming factor for sure

Cons:

Bins, fridge, and shower were full of previous guests belongings. I was also highly suspicious that the sheets hadn’t been changed either because of that. Very dirty. Window in our room boarded up. No warm water in shower. Room completely different from pictures.

Sad reminder of how greedy owners can destroy a fabulous place .
Pros:

It’s so sad. We have been coming here as our stop over on the way to Mae Hong Son since 1990… staff are wonderful. The owners of the Lai Tai who have taken it over - are completely incompetent and run a fabulous guesthouse, in a fabulous location, right into the ground. Too little staff to cope with the number of rooms to clean. Absolutely no investment in the fabric of the place .. obviously don’t care and it shows. 100+ rooms and no restaurant no breakfast except the lovely franchise but they run out of pastries.. early.

The location and memories of times past when the Lai Tai had owners who cared about it .

La ubicación era muy buena

Cons:

No había suficientes toma corrientes, a las justas un par, la luz era muy tenue y las camas súper incomodas se movían y no se quedaban fijas, los colchones eran muy incómodos y toda la habitación estaba distribuida muy apretada, muebles e instalaciones muy antiguos hechos de bambú y la piscina casi siempre estaba sucia por las hojas, ramas e insectos que caían de los árboles

Es gibt die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück.
Nebenan ein Restaurant und eine Bar mit live Musik.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr runtergekommen.
Möbel total abgewohnt. Bettwäsche fleckig. Extrem harte Betten. Keine Haken im Bad für Handtücher oder Waschbeutel. Unter Anderem alte zerschlagene Moskitos an den Fliesen im Bad zeigen wie schlecht gereinigt wurde.
Kein WiFi im Zimmer.
Mitarbeiter ignorant und unfreundlich.
