Mal personal de recepción, lindo hotel

El personal de la recepción fue muy grosero, prácticamente nos obligó a cancelar la reservación que teníamos para nuestro regreso a Colombia alegando que no iban a respetar el precio por el que habíamos reservado en Booking. El trato feu malo desade que llegamos. Recomendamos enormemente capacitar a los empleados en el servicio al cliente y habilidades de comunicación de las cuales carecen. Además del mal trato en la recepción lo demás estuvo muy bien. Lamentablemente jamás vamos a volver aunque era de nuestros hoteles favortios
