Hotel nowy, nowoczesny, dobrze wyposażony, czysty, przy samym wyciągu. Pokoje z balkonami, z obu stron widoki na góry.
Podróżowałam (52 lat) z dwiema dorosłymi osobami (55 lat, 75 lat) oraz z dzieckiem (16 lat). Dane te podane były w momencie rezerwacji, gdzie trzeba było podać rok urodzenia każdej osoby. Nasze 16-letnie dziecko załatwiało z panią z recepcji kwestie meldunkowe w języku angielskim. Tymczasem zakwaterowano nas w pokoju z łóżeczkiem, bamboszkami, szlafroczkiem dla 1,5 rocznego dziecka, nocnikiem (zdjęcia). To było oburzające. Rezerwowaliśmy 2 pokoje, w jednym miało być jedno duże łóżko, w drugim dwa oddzielnie - niestety ten warunek też nie został zrealizowany. Poza tym hotel posiada parking, który został przez nas opłacony. Jakoże przyjechaliśmy wcześniej, bo chcieliśmy najpierw zwiedzić atrakcje (Sky Bridge 721, kolejka górska, itp.), dlatego udaliśmy się do hotelu, żeby zostawić samochód na parkingu hotelowym, który jest odpłatny. W recepcji nie zezwolono na to i odesłano nas na płatny publiczny. Było to dziwne, ponieważ i tak parking hotelowy był odpłatny, a byliśmy w terminie, kiedy było małe hotelowe obciążenie, parking hotelowy był praktycznie pusty, maksymalnie zapełniony w 15%. Zezwolono nam zaparkować dopiero od początku naszej doby hotelowej. Dziwna praktyka.

Wellness Hotel Vista je náš oblíbený odpočinkový hotel. Úžasná lokace, spousta aktivit v hotelu i v okolí dělá toto místo naprosto skvělé. Nenašla jsem žádný podobný hotel v české republice kde myslí na dospělé a děti. Animační programy, hlídání aby si rodiče mohli odpočinout ve wellness. Za nás se synem 20 hvězdiček z deseti.
Everything from the beginning to the end. Amazing people working there to make sure you have the most amazing time. Single parents have the option of babysitting so they can actually enjoy themselves, child having great time with animators who are all amazing.
There’s nothing not to like! We love it there and we will be coming back every time we visit Czech Republic.
