Beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

Welcomed with champagne on arrival. Great location. Opulent decor. Very friendly concierge. Funny, warm, full of recommendations.

Cons:

I kept getting little static electric shocks on the door handles.

Far from the ordinary... that is not an exaggeration!
Pros:

I travel a lot and always try to find unusual hotels. I’ve managed to do just that again here, and I’ve discovered a real gem.
Great staff, friendly, always happy to help and providing a service with passion!
The bar ist extraordinary both in the lobby and upstairs in the restaurant!
Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, quality for a valuable price which is hard to find Sweden in that extend!
Room was nice, well equipped and following the entire concept and style of the hotel! Well done Pigalle Gothenburg!

Cons:

The mattress has seen better days, as has the washbasin, which has suffered a bit from being so close to the shower... Wood and water simply don’t mix in the long run. I’m not a big fan of carpet in hotels either, but for stylistic reasons, it’s almost essential here.

Would without a doubt stay again
Pros:

Quirky, cool and unpretentious. It was so clean, and the breakfasts were generous and delicious. We had an issue with the tv - it didn’t work - the staff were so apologetic about it and got it fixed.

Nothing - would highly recommend
