Super romantic stay.
Pros:

Super location, quality towels and linen, bathrooms small but beautifully done. Delicious breakfast and gorgeous restaurant and bar areas. Most staff friendly helpful and professional.

Cons:

Shower curtain in bathroom instead of glass or a wall that can be cleaned. Couple of staff members in the lower bar seemed like they really didn’t want to be working.

Pros:

fra vi kom inn i resepsjonen, til vi dro derfra, ble vi møtt med hyggelige og serviceinnstilte personale. Atmosfære, og det at det var litt liv og røre i bar og restaurant ga en god vibe. Rene, fine, overdådige rom, akkurat som forventet. Nydelig frokostbuffet som hadde lang åpningstid i helgen.

Fantastiskt hotell som ligger centralt och nära allt man vill se i Götebotg!
Pros:

Varmt och fint i rummet! Mycket bra frukost. Härlig lite glamourös atmosfär. Väldigt välutrustad på hårfön, streamer osv.

Cons:

Duschmunstycke gick inte att ställa fast i ett läge, det gled ner.

Travel back in time and space to the early 1900s.
Pros:

But everything you need for comfort in 2026 is in place.The environment is captivating, rich in detail, embracing velvet and muted colors in appropriate lighting.A very different hotel accommodation as central as it can be in Gothenburg, at a safe distance from all the mega construction projects that are taking over the city.But of course trams also make noise, but that's the price of living in the city. The rooms, the bar, the stairwells, the restaurant all have a clear, consistent interior design style.Overall a very service-oriented staff.

Zeer mooi authentiek hotel in centrum Göteborg.
Pros:

Het hotel is heel stijlvol, prachtige foto’s, mooie kamers.

Cons:

De airco maakte een fluitend lawaai gedurende de nacht…

Lovely hotel and staff, stay ruined as did not deliver the same room in the pics
Pros:

the location was great, right in the centre of town...breakfast was great too.....we actually ate in the restaurant as well one night...the food was lovely but the portions were for children...if you are going to charge what you want to for food, then make them adult sizes...this is not the late 80's with nouvelle cuisine people...you can do better

I have a HUGE issue with the room.....on the photos there was a bath/tub in the room....now my partner who is swedish only has a shower in her appartment so it was a big thing to have a weekend at a hotel with a bath in it....the hotel could not accommodate a change of rooms to one with a bath in it....this totally ruined the whole experience....you might think that this is a small thing...but to us it was the main reason we chose your hotel.....i cannot express how disgusted we were with you....if you show pictures of rooms with baths then you bloody well provide these to your guests..... I am so so so annoyed, i really feel we should have another stay with the right rooms complimentary free of charge to make up for the terrible experience we had
