An Excellent Family-Friendly Hotel with Outstanding Kids’ Facilities and Great Dining
Pros:

Our stay at Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu was a very enjoyable family experience overall. The most impressive part was definitely the children’s play areas. The facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated that the play spaces were separated according to different age groups. This made the environment more suitable and safer for children, and it clearly showed that the hotel has put a lot of thought into serving families with young kids.

The swimming pool was also very nice and added another enjoyable element to the stay, especially for families looking to relax and spend quality time together. In terms of dining, the food at Manyuelou was truly delicious. The quality and taste of the dishes were both very satisfying, making it one of the highlights of our visit.

Cons:

One small drawback was that our dining time was scheduled too close to the animal interaction activity, so we only had about one and a half hours to enjoy the meal. As a result, the dining experience felt a little rushed. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer reminders or better guidance when guests are arranging meal times around scheduled activities.

Another suggestion would be to improve the breakfast crowd management. It may be beneficial to allow guests to choose specific breakfast time slots in advance, with a maximum number of guests assigned to each slot. This would help spread out the flow of guests, reduce congestion during peak hours, and provide a more comfortable and consistent dining experience.

Pros:

The facilities were great. Love the many kids rooms, although didn't get a chance to try out the spa as it was closed. Swimming pool was great as there were slides for the kids to play. Can really spend the whole day there.

Cons:

Took awhile to find the entrance as we drove. Not near the city centre or beach as well.

遇到親切的房務人員關心爸爸，升級成四人房，房間寬敞帶個小客廳

Cons:

與其他縣市的煙波感覺不太一樣，新竹的比較商務感，但房價卻比較貴，可能定位不太一樣，抱著錯誤期待，但服務沒問題，四人房也頗大
