Pros:

Staff friendliness and responsiveness, the design of the hotel, rooms etc., very comfy beds, convenience of being close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood, the nice touches in the room and the customer experience - i.e. white noise devices, the tea table set and tatami, option for ice bath etc.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK but quite simple.
The rooms have AC but the bathrooms have netted windows that can't be closed. We were there during the highest levels of air pollution in Chiang Mai and it was sometimes felt in the rooms.

Pros:

Clean room, nice staff that speaks English, good location (2 minutes from old town) that is quite but close by the tourist attractions. We got a free upgrade because the room was available which is was really great! 10/10 good value for money.

Cons:

The room was a bit warm and took some time to cool down when you turn on the aircon. Maybe it's because of the high ceiling (which makes the room look very nice though).

Lovely hotel in good location with excellent breakfast
Pros:

Located just outside the SE corner of the old city. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Afternoon complementary drinks and snacks was an unexpected bonus.

Cons:

Gym was a bit basic with just weights and a couple of machines.

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstraße , man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen oder leiht sich ein Fahrrad vom Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und beantwortet auch alle Fragen wenn man welche hat.

Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück und dazu noch eine Karte wo man zb. Omelett oder noch etwas anderes bestellen möchte.

Zimmer war sehr gut gewesen.

Cons:

Gibt nichts.

Felt very comfortable and cozy, a pretty property to relax and enjoy during your travels.
Pros:

The property was very clean and pretty. Located in a quiet neighborhood where you can see local everyday life happening but still a few minutes walk from the center of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very very lovely and attentive, thank you for the amazing stay.

An amazing stay, superb value for your money
Pros:

We loved the thoughtfulness of the hotel about all the small details, welcoming staff, superb cleanliness everywhere, free beer and snack ij the afternoon, good breakfast, all the nice amenities you can wish for in the room, comfy bed

Cons:

We loved everything, but if I child offer ine feedback is to allow the a.c to keep running without the room key card, because it was si hot and took some time for the room ti cool down.

Cute place, kind people.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Just minutes outside old town. We had a suite which was awesome. Bikes were included if you are game to handle the traffic. Pia had some activities for the kids. Pia and Kanda was also very knowledgable as to how to get around and what to do efficiently. 24hrs assistance.

Nothing to dislike.
