Really great place to stay! I was here for 9 nights and the staff were really helpful with all my questions. Even gave me extra Pjs that fit without having to be asked.
Sometimes the cutlery in the room was just put back in its place instead of being replaced despite it have visible stains from being used (ie spoons and cups) but not a massive issue as they cleaned everything else really well.

Das war mit Abstand das beste Hotel, in dem ich bisher übernachtet habe. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam und hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt habe. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die gesamte Anlage war einfach traumhaft. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war perfekt.

What I liked most about THEE was the overall experience. The concept of the hotel was thoughtful and inviting, the facilities were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and attentive. Together, these elements made it a place I truly enjoyed staying at
The only aspect I did not like was the extension process. I requested to extend my stay well in advance, and the staff agreed, asking me to complete the reservation online. However, after I did so, I was informed that I would have to move to a different room. Since I had arranged the extension ahead of time, I had expected to remain in the same room. While the move was manageable, it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided with better coordination

Overall, we had a mixed experience. The highlights were definitely the breakfast and lounge service. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. While the buffet is fairly small, the included à la carte breakfast menu is excellent, and the complimentary afternoon snacks, Singha beer, soft drinks, and icy poles were a fantastic bonus. We also appreciated the spacious room, comfortable bed, complimentary linen pyjamas, warm pool, free bicycles, and the hotel’s location in the heart of the Old Town amongst the locals. It was also a lovely touch that part of the room rate goes towards supporting a blind elephant that the hotel sponsors.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. Check-in was inconsistent depending on who was working, and our room had several maintenance issues including mosquitoes, a squeaky bed, leaking tap and pipes, a shower head that needed descaling, and holes in the shower fly screen. The hairdryer failed after one use but was replaced quickly. An iron was available, although there was no ironing board. We were also concerned after other guests tried to enter our room on several occasions. Being in a local neighbourhood also meant dealing with noise from cats, roosters, and a rubbish collection point across the road throughout the night, although the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. The Chromecast system feels outdated, and the “gym” is really just a treadmill and a few weights—we ended up using Pump Fitness nearby instead.
Would we stay here again? Probably not. We absolutely would stay in this area of the Old Town again because the location is fantastic, but the combination of the inconsistent check-in experience, maintenance problems, noise, and security concerns means we’d choose a different hotel next time. If these issues were addressed, this could easily become one of the best places to stay in the area.
The suites are very comfortable. The location within the city is excellent, also if you are travelling by foot. The staff is very attentive. Especially Fa made our stay a precious memory for our kids.
