Moc děkujeme a určitě se někdy zase vrátíme. 🙂
Pros:

Oceňujeme wellness 🐳 tomu dáváme 100% a parkování v areálu.
Líbil se nám i svět pod hladinou.
Ideální hotel jak pro páry tak pro rodiny.

Cons:

Ocenili bychom větší výběr na snídani. Přišlo nám ze to bylo hodně cílené na děti. Ale jinak se tam člověk najedl. A vetší skleničky na džus (buď si dojdu pro jednu větší což by bylo lepší a nebo se tam musím jako teď maximálně otočit 3x pro pidi skleničku).

Pros:

Schwimmbad und Parken war im Preis enthalten

Cons:

Schwimmbad wird am 2ten Tag für Kinder über 10 Jahre langweilig (Springen und Ball spielen verboten).
Kids Playzone wird im Hotel beworben kostet aber extra ca. 12€ die Std. (zusätzliche Aktivitäten wie VR und PS5 kosten nochmal extra)
Das Aquarium ist auch nicht im Preis enthalten (15€ p.P). Zimmer leider nicht sauber und Reinigung wird nur durchgeführt wenn ein Schild an der Tür hängt. (Es wurde dann auch nur der Mülleimer geleert und die Bettdecke gefaltet.
Beim Auschecken nicht einmal die Frage wie es war und ob es einem gefallen hat. Einfach nur bezahlen und Tschüß.

Cons:

Für einen Preis von rund 200 € für eine Nacht hätten wir ehrlich gesagt etwas mehr erwartet. Besonders schade finden wir, dass der Besuch des Aquariums nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten ist. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte eine solche Attraktion unserer Meinung nach für Hotelgäste kostenlos zugänglich sein.

Auch die Regelung für den Aquapark finden wir nicht besonders gäste­freundlich. Diesen kann man nur während des Aufenthalts nutzen, am Abreisetag jedoch nicht mehr. Gerade bei nur einer Übernachtung bleibt dadurch sehr wenig Zeit, das Angebot überhaupt richtig zu nutzen.

Die Betten fanden wir leider ebenfalls ziemlich unbequem, sodass wir nicht besonders gut geschlafen haben.

Auch die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten von 15:00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr finden wir bei diesem Preis eher ungünstig. Im Endeffekt hat man bei einer Übernachtung nur einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt, vor allem wenn verschiedene Angebote am Abreisetag nicht mehr genutzt werden können.

Insgesamt hatten wir uns bei einem Übernachtungspreis von etwa 200 € einfach ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und etwas mehr Entgegenkommen für Hotelgäste erwartet.

Za vikend jsme zaplatili necelých 14 tisíc. Služby tomu neodpovídaly.
Pros:

Vstup do bazénu.

Cons:

Je to velikánský hotel plný lidi. U snídaně množství lidí s maskotem… Pokoje za tuto cenu neodpovídaly ceně, koberce, zdi… na fotkách není vidět. V lednici ani jedno občerstvení. Mladší syn, 10let nedostal župan s tím, že děti na župan, přezůvky ani ručník nemají nárok, pouze za nevratný poplatek, tak chodil po několika patrech hotelu mezi lidmi v plavkách. Ve vodním světě vnitřního bazénu byla studená voda (na začátku května) a vířivka vůbec nefungovala. Jeden tobogán… Byly jsme zklamaní.
