Schöne und sauberes Hotel mit netten Menschen
Pros:

Alles bestens!
Die Kombination Hotel und Wellness ist gut gestaltet.
Die zusätzlichen Attraktionen im Hotel sind einfach sehr gut!

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas hart und die Karten trotz Nähe zur Grenze nicht in deutsch.
Ebenso spricht das Personal nicht wirklich deutsch.
Da wir aber Besucher waren, kann ich dies nicht für schlecht darstellen, es zeigt die Souveränität der Bürger! ❤️❤️

Cons:

Koupelna nebyla vybavena kapesnicky, chybely nam drobnosti typu sampon, kondicioner, sada "uchostouru", odlicovacich tamponku, apod, ktere bychom ve wellness hotelu cekali.
Ve wellness je pak pro vnitrni i venkovni prostory pouze jedno pitko, coz je k poctu navstevniku a saun vazne malo.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Wir waren sehr gespannt aufgrund der zum Teil negativen Bewertungen. Wir wurden positiv überrascht.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Frühstück und Zugang zum Aquapark.
Wir wurden bei der Rezeption bereits sehr freundlich (sogar deutschsprachig) empfangen. Das Zimmer war groß, modern mit Kühlschrank, in jedem Schlafraum ein Fernsehr, Safe, Balkon,etc. Für uns Erwachsene gab es sogar Bademäntel und für die ganze Familie Handtücher für den Aquapark. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und zu Abend haben wir uns im Hotelrestaurant eine Pizza schmecken lassen, die auch sehr gut war.

Im Aquapark sind klare Regeln die zu befolgen sind (nicht vom Beckenrand springen, etc.). Trotz der strengen Einhaltung war der Aquapark das absolute Highlight bei unseren Kindern. (7+10 Jahre)

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Byli jsme v hotelu již poněkolikáté, a možná naposledy.
Pros:

Lokalita ok, hotel uz má lepší časy za sebou. V lobby se loupe koženka na křeslech, koberce v pokojích taky něco zažily.

Cons:

Plavčík v bazenu by měl změnit obor a pracovat třeba v kasárnách. Aby na me - hotelového hosta - hulákal ze moje děti nemaji v plavecké dráze co dělat je drzost. Plavat chtěly, ale píšťalka je rovnou vyhnala ven. Mozna malé školeni “jak se k hostům chováme” by mu neuškodilo. Za to jsme tech 250 eur za noc opravdu neplatili! A propos jidlo : výtky nemam, ale ve srovnání třeba s wellness v Polsku velmi zamrzlé v dávných dobách. Nenadchne, neurazí.
