Pros:

Prostorné ubytování pro rodinu 2+2. Saunový svět na vysoké úrovni. Dostatek místa na parkování. Milý personál. Velká herna pro děti v objektu. Dobrá poloha hotelu.

Cons:

Vodní svět malinký, jeden velký bazén, dvě plavecké dráhy. Vodní hrátky pro děti spíše úsporné. Vyšší cena ubytování za kterou vy člověk očekával volný vstup do herny a možnost volného vstupu do vodního světa i v den odjezdu. Nealkoholické nápoje cenově na úrovni centra Prahy. Proč je nutné žádat o naplnění minibaru na pokoji a není již naplněn před příjezdem?

Celkove byl pobyt moc fajn a byli jsme spokojeni.
Pros:

Rodinny pokoj je prostorny. K dispozici nejen zupany ale i rucniky do bazenu a prezuvky..

Cons:

Ve sprse i u umyvadla je mydlo, ktere nejde poradne zmacknout. Matrace jsou moc mekke, ale nekomu to vyhovuje.

Ein Aufenthalt in sehr guter Lage am Lipnostausee mit Potential in der Sauberkeit der Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen großen Schwimm- und Wellnessbereich sowie sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption, im Service und im Wellnessbereich. Kleine Unannehmlichkeiten wurden sofort behoben.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal reinigte lediglich das Bad und schüttelte die Betten auf, allerdings oberflächlich.
Der Teppich wurde während der Woche nicht gesaugt und Staub wurden nicht gewischt. Schade!

Pros:

Moc se nám líbilo. Pokoje pohodlné, čisté, teploučko. Snídaně základní, ale měl by si vybrat každý. Místní maskoti pro děti u snídaně nemají chybu. Byli jsme na jídle v místní restauraci a vše bylo výborné, moc nám chutnalo. Thajská kuchyně perfektní. Aquapark jsme také využili a byli moc spokojeni. Hlavně vnučka se vyřádila. Dále jsme navštívili Svět pod hladinou. Jedním slovem krása. Rádi se zde opět ubytujeme a mohu doporučit ostatním.

Cons:

Jediné co vytknu jsou polštáře, chtělo by to nové.

- praženica chutila veľmi zvláštne,manželovi bolo potom po nej zle , pani tam robila volské oká a vyzeralo to skôr že chce vybrat oko vám ...na to aký to je hotel by človek čakal že vám urobia aspoň omeletu ale keď sa na to spýtate tak sa na vás pozrie či vám nepreskocilo
- čo má prekvapilo ani na bare ani nikde inde nebola možnosť brzlaktozoveho alebo aspoň sójového mlieka - nič pre ľudí s intoleranciou
- check in až od 15? Vyuzitie saunoveho sveta a aquaparku len v deň príchodu ... Za tú cenu no neviem.
- žiadne hygienické potreby ako napr. odlicovaci tampón, špajdle do usi na izbe to je taký základ podľa mňa
- nefunkčná vírivka
- v kúpeľni už menšia sprchovacia hlavica byť už asi ani nemôže

Druhý krát určite neprídeme.
