1.房間完全沒有冷氣，只有送風。冷氣顯示35度。（想反應櫃檯無人接聽電話。隔天退房時櫃檯表示有請人維修，但質疑為什麼這樣的房間還能繼續讓人預訂？）
2.冰箱馬達運轉聲超級大。
3.地毯有很多處漬。
4.房內無提供室內拖鞋。
