desayuno fantastico al igual que el servicio del staff
No tengo quejas del hotel en general, sin embargo, me parece que no es muy facil controlar la temperatura dentro de la habitacion. El termostato dice estar el 18c pero la habitacion jamas llega a esa temperatura.
I absolutely loved my stay at EK Hotel! The location is excellent, the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The service was exceptional from beginning to end.
Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations and I had a wonderful experience.

Solicitamos almohadas más pequeñas y el personal amablemente nos ayudó, pero lamentablemente el problema principal sigue siendo el colchón. Incluso tuve la oportunidad de probar camas en dos habitaciones diferentes y la experiencia fue exactamente la misma.
Es una lástima, porque un hotel tan bonito y bien cuidado debería ofrecer también una experiencia de descanso a la altura. Al final, por más hermoso que sea un hotel, si no se duerme bien, la experiencia pierde muchísimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato due volte in questa struttura nel mese di agosto 2026 e siamo stati benissimo. Camere molto belle, spaziose, tutto molto pulito, colazione buona e sempre varia. Posizione eccellente, ambiente curato e accogliente. Il personale molto disponibile e cordiale in tutto, in particolare Daniel

La posizione perfetta per girare il Chapinero e anche il resto di Bogotà prendendo il taxi. Molto bella la struttura, camere belle, accessoriate di tutto, spaziose, di design. Una menzione speciale per la colazione veramente buona e variegata con prodotti sempre freschi sia dolci che salati. Staff pronto a risolvere qualsiasi cosa e disponibile. La zona è molto bella da girare a piedi, piena di locali, negozi ristoranti e sicura.
