Una estancia excelente en EK Hotel By Preferred Hotels Group. Desde la llegada, la atención en recepción fue impecable: todo el personal fue maravilloso, muy amable y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades, haciendo que la experiencia resultara cómoda y agradable en todo momento.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, elegantes y con bonitas vistas de la ciudad, algo que suma mucho a la sensación de descanso. Además, el desayuno fue fabuloso, muy completo y de gran calidad, perfecto para empezar el día muy bien.
Otro gran punto a favor es la ubicación. El hotel está en Calle 90 No. 11-13, en Chicó, una zona segura, sofisticada y muy bien situada de Bogotá, a pocos minutos caminando del Parque de la 93, la Zona T, el Centro Comercial Andino y el Museo del Chicó. Es una ubicación excelente tanto para descansar como para salir a caminar, cenar o moverse con comodidad por una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad.
Además, en la parte baja del hotel y en su entorno inmediato hay muy buena oferta gastronómica, con restaurantes como Juana La Loca, Cacio e Pepe, Toshiro Restaurant y Local by Rausch, lo que aporta variedad de comidas y hace la estancia todavía más cómoda y atractiva.
Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable en Bogotá: cómodo, bien diseñado, con personal excelente, desayuno muy bueno y una ubicación privilegiada en una zona con mucho ambiente y lugares de interés alrededor. Repetiría sin duda.
I had an amazing experience staying here! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, happy, and completely satisfied. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out.
The rooms were spotless very clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also perfectly located in a central area, making it easy to get around and explore.
A special thank you to Wilmar and Sergio, who were both incredible. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful hotel! Excellent service all around and especially at the restaurant, Daniel , Wilma’s, and the rest of the staff did a great job!
The only complaint I have is that I had booked a pick-up with the hotel from the airport and they never showed up. I had to get a car to drive me to the hotel.
Seems like they forgot to enter it into the system although I had a confirmation.

We loved our experience! The restaurant offers amazing food and excellent service. Willmar took care of us at the restaurant with outstanding attention and kindness. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants. The spa is wonderful, and the massage by Maria Fernanda was absolutely exceptional. Everything made our visit special. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay at EK Hotel in Bogota. Our breakfast was made more special by the special attention given to us by Wendy, Tatiana and Wilmar as they really looked after vegetarian breakfast by ordering us very tasty vegetable omelette with vegetables on the side. They also made sure to get us our hot drinks whenever we wanted them at breakfast. They were all very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful, including Julie.
