Service
Rooms were very clean and spacious. They made accomodations for our family needs including setting up two extra single beds and a separated area for our two sons. They provided parking for our car.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and they seem to have a good and respectful work environment. Last but not least, the breakfast was always delicious as well as the meals at the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. I’d especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Tatiana and Daniel in the breakfast area. They always welcomed us with a smile; they were very friendly, attentive, and mindful of every detail to ensure we started our day off right. Their warmth and helpfulness made every breakfast a very pleasant experience.
I’d also like to thank and highlight the work of Yuli at the front desk. We had an unexpected issue with a purchase we made at the Mall Andino, and even though it wasn’t part of her usual duties, she took the time to guide us, handle the necessary arrangements, and walk us through the entire process until we received our refund. Her commitment, empathy, and dedication to service were truly exceptional.
Without a doubt, it’s people like Tatiana, Daniel and Yuli who make all the difference and turn a good stay into an unforgettable experience. Congratulations to the hotel for having such a professional, caring, and helpful team. We’ll return with complete confidence and highly recommend it

Very nice, modern and clean room. Luxury feeling. The area felt safe even at night. "Posh" neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants in close proximity, Super friendly staff. Supermarked right a cross the road for buying snacks and drinks.
Due to traffic, you will have a 20-25 minutes Uber ride to most attractions. So if you only are in town for å couple of nights and want to do some "ninja" sightseeing, a hotell closer to city center is recommended. However, the surroundings might not be that nice.
La ubicación y el hotel es chévere.
Llegamos a las 3pm, que era hora de checkin y no había habitación. Nos tocó esperar mucho. Y al otro día el desayuno no había mesas y siendo las 9:30 no habían panes y pocos meseros disponibles para la cantidad de gente.
