Friendly courteous staff, very helpful, nice staff.

Nexus Hotel is a hidden surprise in Nansana, Kampala. Hidden down a dirt road, the hotel is clean and welcoming. We stayed in an air conditioned room and the air conditioner worked well. The room was clean and comfortable, serviced on request. Bottled water was provided in the room as requested. Laundry service was cheap and efficient. Meals at the restaurant were excellent. Large served with a huge variety to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the staff who were so welcoming and went out of their way to serve. We would stay at Nexus again anytime.

The staff are lovely, the complex is safe, the food is acceptable. But the accommodation is badly designed and the overall experience is underwhelming. If you need to stay in Nansana then it's a really good option. Otherwise there are better places in better areas at similar cost.

Location was ok, close to the main road, if needed bars shops etc.
Hotel itself was in a quiet location.
Wi-fi was a pain, it kept going on and off constantly. Food was nice, and lots of choice.
Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Had a great time. I would like them to a more American television shows besides only CNN.

Nexus hotel customer service is excellent. The airport transfer was comfortable and the executive deluxe room is very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were of high quality. However, the location of the hotel leaves much to be desired - rather isolated with few entertainment options outside of the hotel itself.

Hotellet lå ca 12 km utenfor selve Kampala sentrum i et ikke altfor tiltalende nabolag. Det virket likevel som et trygt område. Hotellet har en hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, både i resepsjonen og i restauranten. Maten varierer mellom lokale retter og versjoner av internasjonale. Denne var av grei standard. For oss fotballgale var det greit at de hadde fotballkanalene i restauranten. Hotellet tilbyr også hjelp til safarier og andre turer. I vårt tilfelle var det med GoUgandaSafaris og de ga oss noen flotte dager i Queen Elisabeth NP og i Bwindi sammen med gorillaene.

The staff and lovely and helpful. The food is good and caters for Ugandans and non-Ugandans and the location is great to avoid the traffic of the city centre. My room did not have air conditioning. Mosquito nets provided but had a couple of holes in. Quick laundry service.

If you stay in the hotel, you won't realize how far it is to the city centre. The surrounding environment is not too conducive for a nice stay.

It was a very nice hotel for the price. The restaurant was good and the staff was really great. The complimentary breakfast was great, served in the room and was huge not the usual light free meal.
