Checked in to hotel slowly. Got to room and room smelled bad sheets were old smelling. I think they need to upgrade washing machine. Problem was sort of taken care of.

Bad service or no service to start with.
When we arrived at noon time, no one to check us in. A hotel guest told us the couple was out. So we had to wait a bit. During the check in process, we were not inform any info about town etc., very minimal conversation, sign paper then here's your room number, here's the key.. That's all. No even mentioned about the hotel breakfast.
Room are specious, nice shower. We are pleased about the room. They gave you only two towels, one for each person. But one towel was stink, had to ask for a another one. I wasn't very sure about the cleanses of bed sheets. I had red spots next morn. They could/should do better job on that. No one came in & cleaned the room daily. So I requested the service after two day & still they forgot to clean my room. Apparently the wife do all the cleaning & not enough crews to run the hotel.
There is no tea kettle in the room for coffee. Only you can get it at breakfast time at lobby & they don't want you to bring the cup to your room. Breakfast is only coffee, tea & one kind of cookie. So don't count your breakfast at hotel or don't expect to have morning coffee in your room.
My biggest complain are 1) "Cleanliness of room/bed sheets/towels"
2) The hospitality of the hotel which is non...we feel like we stay there uninvited & intruding their space.
3) There is no hotel staff/security at night. Any one can go in/out of hotel. The lobby area and the stair to rooms are wide open.

It was very clean in a great location. However, the owners were not around in the morning to check out and collect our key deposit back. Other than that, overall it was a good stay.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt. Die Hauptattraktionen sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und vor allem ruhig. Sie sind einfach und funktional eingerichtet, verfügen über einen grossen Kühlschrank, Safe und Klimaanlage. Sie sind preiswert und wen das Rotlichtmilieu in der Nähe nicht stört, hat hier einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um Chiang Mai zu entdecken. Charmant ist das ältere Ehepaar, das das Hotel zusammen mit dem Sohn führt.

rebooked hotel after 7 day stay ,owner was far more friendlier

Stayed at the hotel before about 3yrs ago rooms are basic staff not very friendly

部屋について、バスタオルは黄ばんでおり、排水溝からからニオイがしたが、掃除はきちんとされていた。
オーナーのご夫婦はとても感じがよく親切。早めのチェックインも快くしてくださり、チェックアウト後の荷物も預かってくれてとても助かった。

To many bars and prostitutes. I would not stay there again.

Over all it was just ok. For the exact same price you can find better but will do in a pinch.

Location very good, you are very close the old city. Very friendly family run this hotel. This is our second stay at this hotel and we would stay again if we ever return to chiang Mai.

They dont have you on web site, they say never seen hotel .com , i had to pay again for 2 nights. So would please look into this, before some one else does the same, and can refund my money thanks, the hotel is ok.

For the money it was fine, though there are a number of equivalent small hotels and questhouses (not on the internet) in the immediate area that are 2/3 the cost. Problem is you have to be there to book them. Only issue with Nice Mum was that you are STRICTLY limited to 2 towels per day. May be ok if you are a single travelor but was a real inconvenience to a couple. We ended up buying towels and washing them ourselves.

เมื่อมองจากภายนอก อาคารดูน่าพัก ไม่เก่า ตั้งอยู่ใกล้แหล่งเที่ยวกลางคืน แต่ไม่มีเสียงดังรบกวน และอยู่ใกล้ประตูท่าแพ สามารถเดินออกไปเดินซื้อของที่ถนนคนเดินประตูท่าแพง่าย หาของกินไม่ยาก ใกล้กับตลาดประตูเชียงใหม่ที่เปิดจนถึงดึก พนักงานให้บริการดี ค่อนข้างอยู่ตลอดเวลา มีแนะนำโปรแกรมเที่ยวให้ ติดต่อทัวร์ให้ได้ หากนำรถส่วนตัวมา ก็มีที่จอด ภายในห้องพักสะอาดดีมาก กว้างขวาง

The hotel when you see from outside it's look not too old.This hotel located nearby night club area but no noisy sound and very close to Tha Phae gate,sunday walking street so you go for shopping and easy to find food stall all the night.
The staff very nice.He can suggest you for the places that you have to go and can contact a touring guide for you.
Inside the room very clean and broad.
