+ Apartments sind schön und verfügen über eine tolle Aussicht
- angekommen erhielten wir erst mal ein falsches Apartment mit nur einem Schlafzimmer. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption und dem Nachweis (Screenshot) wurde uns nach einer weiteren längeren Wartezeit ein anderes Apartment zugesagt. Im 9. Monat schwanger mit Gepäck und Kleinkind irrten wir dann ohne näherer Beschreibung durch unterirdische Gänge und Tiefgaragen auf der Suche nach dem anderen Zimmer. Irgendwann gaben wir auf und sind zurück zur Rezeption um uns erneut Hilfe zu holen. Endlich im richtigen Zimmer angekommen war die Reinigung gerade abgeschlossen. Trotzdem waren in Badewanne und Wc noch überall Haare und sichtliche Gebrauchsspuren unserer Vorgänger. Spannend auch, der Schließmechanismus des WCs war defekt, es konnte also nicht geöffnet werden (und blieb natürlich auch ungereinigt). Also wieder Anruf bei der Rezeption und abwarten. Zwischenzeitlich fragten wir auch nach den Bademänteln die lt. Zimmerbeschreibung inbegriffen sein sollten aber nicht vorhanden waren. Diese wären Doch nicht dabei und sollten 16€/Person/Tag kosten. Nach neuerlicher Beschwerde über den bisherigen Ablauf wurden sie uns doch „auf Kulanz“ zugesagt. Erneut warteten wir... um 17:00 Konnte uns die rezeptionistin nicht sagen wann wir
