I spoke to the night receptionist, day receptionist and submitted emails and has no response. Looking at past reviews I

Location is excellent.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!

1. There was a cracked tile at the side of my son’s bed. He cut his foot getting out of bed. Luckily we had band aids and sanitiser to clean up the wound.

2. The bed is the worst I’ve ever slept in. So soft I almost sank right into the base of the bed. The mattress at least needs replacing, the base of the bed is damaged and dirty and the pillows have no life left in them at all. Needless to say I had approximately 2 hours sleep.

3. The sheets were dirty with stains I have no clue what they are?

4. After being 11 days in the USA and receiving no insect bites whatsoever I’ve woken up to several all over my body. I have no explanation for this apart from they came from room 205.

5. The advertised free WiFi that is available throughout the property is very weak and only worked for about 30 mins.

Pros:

Le personnel est adorable une mention spéciale à Casimir !
Le parking est très appréciable
La localisation est parfaite

Cons:

La literie est vraiment à changer ce qui est dommage car l hôtel est top .
Il manque aussi une fontaine à eau afin d au moins pouvoir remplir des gourdes

It..was..ok...
Pros:

close to south beach itself. Colorful building with character and history. It was very close to the actual beach which was nice. the staff was very nice. Price was fair for length of stay.

Cons:

It was not as clean as I would've liked. The room was kind of dingy, there was no deadbolt for the rooms. The handle to the door seemed like it had alot of play in it, like it had been forced at one point. The beds were not up to the standard of a hotel room. The one bed's box spring was broken and the sheeting on the side of the bed was stained with dirt (at least I hope it was dirt). it just overall felt kind of grimy.
