Khayam Garden Beach Resort & Spa

C’était notre troisième séjour à l’hôtel Khayam Garden, mais cette fois-ci une vraie déception. Dès l’arrivée, le vigile nous a retenus à l’entrée sans laisser passer la voiture avant de vérifier la réservation, ce qui donne une très mauvaise première impression. Le pire fut que notre réservation faite via Hotels.com n’apparaissait pas dans le système. L’hôtel a trouvé une solution provisoire, mais commencer les vacances avec un tel stress est inacceptable. La première journée a été perdue entre ce problème et une chambre imprégnée d’odeur d’humidité. La restauration est en nette régression : plats répétitifs, peu de variété, qualité en baisse par rapport aux années précédentes. Seuls l’aquaparc et les piscines étaient satisfaisants. Dans l’ensemble, le service ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé. Le “tout inclus” ou la pension complète n’ont aucun intérêt ; nous avons mangé deux fois à l’extérieur. À l’avenir, si nous revenons, ce sera pour un séjour court de 3-4 jours maximum, certainement pas pour de longues vacances.

Très bel hôtel ! Service, propreté et cadre à la hauteur des quatre étoiles. Nous avions opté pour la demi-pension. Les repas sont assez variés et adaptés à tous les goûts, pour petits et grands. Le buffet à volonté change chaque jour.

Le personnel est très avenant, gentil et professionnel.

I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free.

I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel.

This hotel is amazing I have now stayed several times and each time the staf have been amazing hands off to the entertainment are brilliant great with children and adults work so hard not single fault it’s amazing hotel

Schönes Strandhotel mit all-inclusive Angebot

A very boring stay , we reserved for 4 nights but we decided to break the reservation at the third day and leave the hotel bc of the disappointment we had from their breakfast and dinner buffet , was really awful ,everyday the same food , no variety at all , tasteless and some food are not well cooked .. there is no kids food except hard chicken nuggets not suitable for kids , also the beach is completely rocky , there is no where to swim , if you are looking for sandy beach this is not the right place .also the location of the hotel doesn’t sound to be around a touristic strip , so there were no big plans that we could do outside the hotel.

This hotel does not even deserve 3 stars. The beach in front of it is rocky and not for swimming. The pools are not that big. The food is very average and always the meat cooked on the spot is half cooked. The waiters there are very annoying, when you ask them for something they make you feel embarrassed, and the funny thing they are dividing the restaurant into territories and they only serve their territory and if you ask a waiter he will say I don't serve that area ask another waiter. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel and I don't recommend it.

Two rooms in one for family is fantastic. Lovely staff, good entertainment and hospitality. Food's fine but does get repetitive on a long stay. Rooms can do with a refresh.

فندق ممتاز بالخدمات والعاملين به ولكن مستوى الغرف متوسط ولكن المطاعم بها خدمه ممتازه

C'est la beauté du jardin et des fleurs, que j'ai le plus apprécié. La conception de l'hôtel et de son environnement a été remarquablement bien conçue. Ensuite la qualité et la diversité du self service est appréciable. Enfin le calme est bien agréable, on n'est pas dérangé par les animations.
