Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, the customer service is a joke tbh. The girl at the front desk in the morning is so rude, she literally just ignores you and I was stuck waiting forever just to get through the front door bc she was glued to her phone the whole time. It’s so unprofessional and honestly just disrespectful. Also the food has absolutely no flavor, it’s completely unseasoned and idk why I ordered a soda and it took over an hour just to get to me, then my tv wasn't working and nobody even bothered to come up to my room to help. Total waste of money, definitely stay somewhere else smh

I have stayed at Aqua Granada multiple times and really enjoy their restaurant onsite with breakfast. The room has everything you need but you will need to ask for things like cooking utensils, plates and silverware which should be stocked ahead of time in my opinion. The bed is a bit hard as well but clean.
I liked everything except for the fact that I had to ask for many kitchen items which should be stocked in advance. More glasses, plates, pots and pans along with utensils for eating and salt and pepper or coffee. The hot plate did not work and I had to ask to replace it in order to cook my food.
