En general es un buen hotel, no es el hotel mas lujoso si el mas nuevo, pero en general las habitaciones son grandes tienen nevera y cocina, el aire acondicionado hizo un ruido un poco molesto toda la noche, fue lo unico malo, el desayuno estuvo muy rico.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, the customer service is a joke tbh. The girl at the front desk in the morning is so rude, she literally just ignores you and I was stuck waiting forever just to get through the front door bc she was glued to her phone the whole time. It’s so unprofessional and honestly just disrespectful. Also the food has absolutely no flavor, it’s completely unseasoned and idk why I ordered a soda and it took over an hour just to get to me, then my tv wasn't working and nobody even bothered to come up to my room to help. Total waste of money, definitely stay somewhere else smh
