Pros:

The location was excellent 1 minute walk to the square. The receptionist was really helpful giving us directions.
My room was upgraded and compared to my mum's basic room I would definitely upgrade again.

Location but other property have the same location

Cons:

I asked for a continental breakfast (coffee and bread) for one day, but was told that because I hadn't booked it the day before, I could not order and pay for it. I would understand this policy if I were asking for something more elaborate than a continental breakfast. However, I can't understand why staff in the hospitality industry operate this way when they are unable to accommodate basic requests for their own guests.

Pros:

We truly enjoyed having the spacious rooms, bathroom, and loft for use. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus for us! The view of the courtyard was beautiful as it was from the observation terrace.

Cons:

We had a great time, slept well, and would highly recommend!

Pros:

Raňajky boli vynikajúce, aj káva a koláčik. Dievčatá na recepcii príjemné, ústretové. A ubytovanie bolo skoro v centre, pár minút peši na hlavné námestie. Určite všetkým známym, ktorí pôjdu do Krakova, odporučím ubytovanie vo Vašom hoteli, veľká spokojnosť.

Absolutely wonderful!!!
Pros:

We LOVED this little apartment!!!! It was comfy, clean, well stocked, organized and decorated! Staff were friendly and helpful! So close to the main square in Old Town. It was almost perfect!

Cons:

Our apartment was on the FOURTH FLOOR. There’s no lift and I’m old. lol I survived but whew!!!

Na krótki pobyt w Krakowie miejscówka idealna
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum, dobre śniadania, miła obsługa. Wszystko super. Pokoje duże, aneks kuchenny mały, ale wystarczający. Łóżko wygodne. Deska do prasowania oraz żelazko dostępne w apartamencie. Cisza i spokój. Brak parkingu, ale parę kroków od ul. Gołębiej koło Urzędu Miasta jest parking strzeżony gdzie mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić auto.

Zacinający się telewizor z programami.
