Pros:

Sone if the furniture could use tlc but nothing broken and nothing to stop us from staying again.

Tired but ok
Pros:

So we stayed here via RCI exchange. The resort is old and a bit dated now, however it is clean. We did have issues with musty rooms and faulty appliances, which while resolved meant changing rooms and loss of food in the refrigerator.
The staff were responsive when issues arise, but some of the time delay meant we lost food with the refrigerator incident.
The location of the resort is excellent and it does come with activities for owners which were great.
The staff were very friendly.
We just got let down with a few things noted above.
We did stay 2 extra nights ( because of flights out) the cost of the extra nights was exorbitant, but didn't have a lot of choice, as it was convenient to stay in the same location instead of moving. But that said it was very expensive 😢
However we did not let it distract from the vacation.

La ubicacion del hotel excelente, tiene un cuarto independiente y en mi caso el cuarto contaba con dos balcones.
el personal muy amable y el hotel contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadia larga.
Buena relacion precio - calidad.

Cons:

El mobiliario es un poco anticuado, como se ve en las fotos pero no afecta para nada tu estadia.

A comfortable, clean room (with a balcony) in a very convenient location!
Pros:

It was lovely to have 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen - we would have definitely taken advantage of that had we been staying in Honolulu and not leaving for a cruise.

Cons:

The furniture in the room was "older" and the hallway carpeting could use a refresh but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was lovely, and the hotel was in a very convenient location.

nous étions une famille de 5 et avions la suite banyan : 1 chambre avec 1 lit double + 1 lit escamotable + 1 canapé lit.
une fois tout déployé, il ne reste plus beaucoup de place.
nous étions au 24ème étage.
Correspondait à nos attentes.

Cons:

Fenêtres ouvertes : Environnement très bruyant, avec un bruit constant des climatiseurs extérieurs de tous les hôtels environnants ; obligé de garder les fenêtres fermées.
Fenêtres fermées : Même au 24è étage on entend les bruits des routes, mauvaise isolation phonique.
Parking : dommage d'être obligé de passer par le valet

Pros:

Location really was the only thing to like. Price is low as a result of all the negatives. Perhaps rooms in the tower part are better??? Room had a fridge and microwave. Right next to the biggest ABC store. Staff were kind and the valets very helpful

Cons:

I stayed in a solo room (325) which is located in the 3 story part of the hotel (note some solo rooms have no windows) I was lucky enough to get a window. Bed is a Murphy bed, management please change for a normal bed and get rid of the cabinet situation. No access to power points from the bed. Windows are not doubled glazed (I was there for May Day and loud music started at 7am on Saturday, car noise is also a major problem). There were fruit flies present in the kitchen and the kettle was dirty so I didn’t use it. A/c HVAC was so noisy and wasn’t adjustable. The place really needs a complete gut!

Great location, good value
Pros:

We liked it just fine, room was huge with large balcony across from Roy's. If we had a car would not have stayed here as $35 to park and valet only big drawbacks. The pool up on the oof is superb, go in morning and you'll likely have it to yourself.
