タオル類を自分のタイミングで交換するシステムが、合理的で良い。

Cons:

建物が古いので、コアな時間でシャワーを使うと熱いお湯が出なくなった。

We had an amazing time and will come back again! We already miss it!
Pros:

Location is amazing!
Everything we needed was right there.
We could also rent a small refrigerator and the beach chairs. There was even automatic dish soap and normal dish soap and sponge provided.
Our room was Kia suite 20th floor so there was less noise coming from down the street.

Cons:

Garbage was not picked up every day from the room but when we called the housekeeping someone came over. Our room had amazing view which was great however due to our room being surrounded by glass windows in the afternoon temperature in the room would reach up to the 90F. I strongly recommend keeping air cons on the lowest and borrowing the fan from the front desk and closing curtains while you do sightseeing,

If you want to be close to action and not pay an arm and a leg stay at the Imperial!
Pros:

The Imperial Hawaiian Resort is a very short walk to the beach and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. My son and I stay in an Ohai room. It sleeps 4 so we had plenty of room. The kitchenette is fully stoked with dishes and utensils. There is a toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, ice bucket, microwave and refrigerator. There is even coffee filters, dish towels and ice tray filled and ready to chill you beverage. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Some might not stay here because it’s economical. The value is what you want it to be. This is third stay and definitely not the last.

建物は古いし、サービスはあまりないけど、お安いし場所もいいから、まぁ満足してます。
Pros:

場所が良かったし、キッチンもついてるし、洗濯機、乾燥機も2階にありましたし、その割に安かったと思います。

Cons:

受付の女性が少し怖ったのと、ホテルは割と古く、ベッドが壁から出てきて、びっくりしました。

トランクを部屋に運んでくれたりのサービスはないです。
