とても快適でとても良かったです。
Pros:

清掃やベットメイキングが入らないので枕チップがなく、気が楽でした。コインランドリーもたくさんあるし、大家族で行くならかなり良いです。シーツやタオル等は全て各自で取りに行くのですが、時間外でも嫌な顔もしないで交換してくれます。部屋から少しだけ海も見えます。ウォーターサーバー？！飲料水サーバーがあるので水を買わなくても大丈夫でした。

Cons:

清掃とベットメイキングがない事が書いてなかったので最初は困りました。予約のページに記入していただけると助かります。
それと少し古さはあります。その代わりかなりお安い！！
プールに飲料水サーバーがあるのですが、8:00オープンで鍵がないと入れないので、朝一で水を入れたかったら間に合いません。
それとワイキキビーチには遠いです。前までは隙間から行けたみたいですが、今は遠回りしないと行けなくなったみたいです。アウトリガー側からのビーチは近いです。

Great economical choice in Waikiki.
Pros:

Close to the main drag and the Cirque de Soleil show we were there to see. Nice to have a room with a substantial Murphy bed in the living room. From the balcony we could see a bit of the fireworks.

Cons:

One-way streets around the hotel make it problematic to get out of when there's something going on (in this case, a holiday parade). The bathroom was tiny, so for four people it was a squeeze. Pulling into the parking area was a bit confusing.

An almost-perfect location
Pros:

It has an excellent location in the heart of Waikiki, at the north end of the Royal Hawaiian Centre near the high-end shops and the beach, hence quite good value for money for the location. We stayed in the Banyan suite, which had a spacious living area and a separate but small bedroom. The bathroom was very compact. There was a good-sized kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as plates, bowls and cutlery (but no stovetop). Although the Banyan room had balconies, it was on the 6th floor and the view of the beach was obstructed by neighbouring buildings. ABC Stores just outside the lobby was huge and very convenient for groceries (including fresh fruits, snacks and souvenirs, similar to other ABC stores). Overall, ABC Stores together with the kitchenette in the Banyan suite made it easy to prepare own meals instead of eating out, but unfortunately, we had limited time during our stay to do so. The location of ABC Stores downstairs was so convenient that we found it easy to duck downstairs for late-night snacks. ABC Stores downstairs also had pineapple Dole soft-serve ice cream. Denny’s restaurant was also conveniently located on the other side of the hotel lobby. Just a tip: the rooftop pool closes at 10pm and was not open for views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks. We guessed that most people watched the midnight fireworks from the beach, which is quite a short walk away, from the 26th-floor Owners Lounge or from their balconies if their room was high enough to have an unobstructed view.

A fabulously-located hotel
Pros:

It has an excellent location at the north end of the Royal Hawaiian Centre, with ABC Stores and Denny's restaurant conveniently located just below, next to the lobby. The kitchenette is useful and well equipped with a sink, microwave, fridge and cutlery. The living and dining area is spacious. We arrived early for check-in due to our early flight and were offered a room on the sixth floor (not high enough to offer nice beach views, as they were obscured by surrounding buildings). We accepted this room as we wanted an earlier check-in time.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and compact. The hallway outside our room was weirdly freezing, with the air-conditioning set too high.

As much as the location was good I would not recommend this property
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

The lack of house keeping which is non existent
The bed was a little off putting due to the discolouration of the bed base
The air conditioner was in adequate and had not been serviced recently judging by the state of the filter and the ac controls were exceptionally old
