Chambre à rénover, matelas très dur et clim peu efficace mais personnel très accueillant
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant, sympathique et à l'écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service.
Bonne situation de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous étions dans l'ancien bâtiment. Les matelas de nos lits étaient très durs. Le personnel nous a gentiment installé des surmatelas à notre demande mais ce n'était pas suffisant. La chambre était "vieillotte" (rideaux abîmés, tiroirs cassés, tabouret abîmé) et mériterait une rénovation.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien malgré l'intervention du personnel.
Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré: il y avait peu de fruit par exemple ( il manquait souvent de la nourriture, ce n'était pas renouvelé pendant le petit déjeuner) et les oeufs au plat étaient toujours froids.
