Gli ascensori... devono essere più organizzati troppa gente che chiamava tipo noi siamo rimasti in ascensore 10 minuti non riuscivamo a scendere..mia figlia le stava per venire male...

The location and facilities
Guests travelling from the UK or other regions that do not use EU plugs should be advised to bring a suitable travel adaptor, as universal plug sockets or adaptors were not readily available at the hotel.
I was also disappointed that the hotel was unable to provide an iron, even temporarily or for an additional charge. As a result, I had to wear creased clothing throughout my three-day stay, which was quite inconvenient.
Considering the size of the hotel, the international guests it accommodates, and the rates charged, I believe basic facilities such as travel adaptors and access to an iron should be available.
Aside from these issues, everything else met my expectations and I was generally satisfied with my stay.

Posizione ottima e centrale,a ridosso dell’isola pedonale di Abano.
La spa una vera chicca,piscina interna ed esterna a temperatura ottimale di 35 gradi,varie postazioni idromassaggio,sauna,bagno di vapore,sala relax. Ottimo per rilassarsi e staccare la spina.
Pulizia poco accurata in alcuni punti.
Avrei preferito acqua fresca nella stanza del sale adiacente la sauna.
