Pros:

Lage: das Viertel war nicht besonders schön, ein wenig laut (speziell auf der Terrasse), Ausblick auf 2 Autoersatzteillager, aber gratis Parkplätze vor der Haustür und einfache Anfahrt von der Autobahn von Norden. Prinzipiell hätte das Hotel auch eine eigene Garage, ist aber nicht notwendig. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ist es ca. eine halbe Stunde, zur Akropolis eine Stunde. Von hier konnten wir fast alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Zimmer war kleiner als von den Fotos her zu vermuten, das Bad sehr bescheiden. Das Frühstück wird in einer Art Bento-Box je nach Wetter im Garten oder aufs Zimmer/Terrasse serviert, ist wirklich reichlich (davon kann man sich auch noch eine Jause für unterwegs herrichten), die Teller und das Besteck nimmt man dazu aus der Miniküche am Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Το προσωπικό και η τοποθεσία.

Cons:

Το ψυγείο του δωματίου έκανε θόρυβο και δεν ήταν εύκολος ο ύπνος. Επίσης τα στρώματα στα δύο μονά κρεβάτια ήταν αρκετά σκληρά, στο διπλό ήταν καλό. Τέλος, πιστεύω ότι και στην καθαριότητα υπάρχει περιθώριο βελτίωσης.

Korrekt szállás
Pros:

Maga a szállás kultúrált volt. Kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Minden kérésemet rugalmasan és azonnal kezelték. Jó kávét lehet kapni a recepción és számlát is kaptunk a szervezetre.

Cons:

Maga a szállás kiváló volt. elhelyezkedése is kb gyalog 10 perc az akropolisztól, de éjjel a környék kicsit félelmetesnek mutatkozott. Ezt kompenzálták, hogy volt saját parkolójuk és így nem az utcán a kaotikus közlekedésben kellett letenni.

Sehr zuverlässiges, hilfreiches und freundliches Personal. Im Zimmer funktioniert alles wunderbar, die Betten sind sauber und bequem. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig im Vergleich zu Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Lage ist bisschen unheimlich, da es in der Umgebung ziemlich viele Gebäude leer stehen.

A great option for those traveling by car.
Pros:

It's an excellent place, especially for those traveling by car — very convenient both in terms of parking and getting to other locations. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Nikol, who was very talkative and a wonderful person. My daughter loved Koko, the apartment's mascot cat.

Cons:

While the overall stay was pleasant, the cleanliness could have been better. There was a noticeable mold smell when opening the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and the single bed was quite squeaky.
