Pros:

房內的床品很舒服，大大提升了睡眠品質。一樓餐廳的服務很親切，尤其是Ryan 和Stephen，貼心備至👍👏 誠品書店也是每次回台灣必定造訪的地方 👍

Cons:

房間內的mini Bar 咖啡膠囊質量不佳，可能是擺放過久，萃取出的咖啡已無香氣，且味道難以下嚥。

A rare urban retreat — a peaceful place to rest and read, unlike most four-star hotels.
Pros:

Overall, everything was great and the experience was very pleasant. The service and atmosphere were excellent.

Cons:

One small point for improvement: as the space is not very large, I could clearly hear staff chatting with each other and the content of their conversations. I noticed this both at the check-in counter and at the service counter in “The Lounge.” While it’s completely understandable for colleagues to communicate with one another, the conversations felt a bit noticeable and not appropriate given the otherwise elegant and refined environment.
