el equipo de aire acondicionado muy antiguo y ruidoso

O quarto, poderia ser mais decorado, quadros, seguindo o estilo da pousada
E alguns recepcionistas poderiam ser mais calorosos e prestar um atendimento as perguntas com mais calor humano.
Mais, todos foram profissionais e nenhum atendeu mal.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, principalmente de frutas. Falta manutenção no geral.

Our bedroom 110 had one double bed , no side tables. No other furniture. Room so small that one side of the bed had to be close to a wall. The linen is very old, the pillows are from last century (had lumps). Mold in the shower, toilet flush with a problem (water kept running). The small 20+ air con was so noise that you could not sleep AND it had WATER running through the aircon powerpoint, so we had an electrified water running through floor tiles!!! When notified, the cleaners put a small tower on the floor to collect the water as to prevent us from being electrocuted. The bedroom is more like an old pension rather than a pousada. The property would have potential if maintained and received some care. Apparently the property belongs to Flavia Alessandra’s family , an actress (ex?) from the communist TV Globo, and they tend to capitalize from her name. They do not offer coffee or water facilities. There is no hairdryer, stairs to bedroom, the room has tiny balcony suitable for 2 chairs with no extra room only (by the way, the balcony door lock was broken - no security), no safe in the room. Staff says there is one available at the reception and ‘only you and the reception would had the code’! There is NOTHING to do in the property or town if it rains. No infrastructure in the property or in town. Pics from website are probably from decades ago and do not correspond to current date and time. TOO expensive for this Pensão (can’t be called a Pousada.

De ter que pagar diárias do estacionamento, desnecessário...

Acabei que escrevi em cima e só de pensar quanto gastei fico triste.

La recepción, falta de amabilidad e interés de la recepcionista

O único ico ponto ruim é o estacionamento, pois não fica na própria pousada. Para vir embora não tinha onde deixar o carro parado direito para colocar as coisas, se formou uma fila de carros atrás e buzinaram. Tivemos que carregar o carro às pressas. E no booking não vem o valor do estacionamento.

Piscina pequeña. Desayuno poco variado. Lentos en la reposición. Y muy poca variedad de frutas. Solo sandía,melón y papaya no hubo BANANAS ni un solo dia!!!! Los jugos no son naturales... Feos.

The hotel is poorly maintained. The neighboring buildings are very noisy at night. A bar next door has loud live music every night.The breakfast is disappointing for a hotel.
