Decepção. As fotos me enganaram. Achei que era melhor.

Da localização e da limpeza. Os funcionários sao atenciosos.

Cons:

O quarto e apertado, quase na da para colocar a mala. Difícil de sair da cama. As cortina nao cobrem a claridade. Tudo velho. O cafe nao tem variedade.

Gute Lage, nahe am Hafen für eine Bootsfahrt, eigentlich schönes Haus aber sollte renoviert werden.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad in die Jahre gekommen, Farbe ob der Dusche blättert ab. Mässige Sauberkeit. Am Abend recht laut da im Zentrum. Früh am Morgen laute Musik und Gesang von einer Kirche. Frühstück akzeptabel.

Pros:

Otima localização. Perto do barcos de passeios, mercado, farmácia muitas lojas. A feirinha Cova é pertinho

Cons:

Os quarto são bem simples(eles qualificação c/ rustico) faltou uma pintura e uma decoração pra dar uma vida no quarto. E o banheiro tbm poderia passar por uma pintura.

Foi perfeita.
Pros:

A Pousada tem ótima localização, os quartos não são grandes mas são confortáveis, o chuveiro e a cama são ótimos. A TV é pequena, mas como não fiquei muito no quarto não influenciou.
A Recepcionista super solicita, fizeram meu check-in antes do horário e a Caipirinha do Gringo é ótima.
No mais, retornando a Arraial devo ficar novamente na Capitão N Areia.

O quarto, poderia ser mais decorado, quadros, seguindo o estilo da pousada
E alguns recepcionistas poderiam ser mais calorosos e prestar um atendimento as perguntas com mais calor humano.
Mais, todos foram profissionais e nenhum atendeu mal.

Horrible infrastructure. AVOID IT!
Pros:

Not much. It is close to the port where you can get boat tours if the weather permits. The property itself has potential to be a reasonable ‘pousada’, but needs lots & lots of love and care.

Cons:

Our bedroom 110 had one double bed , no side tables. No other furniture. Room so small that one side of the bed had to be close to a wall. The linen is very old, the pillows are from last century (had lumps). Mold in the shower, toilet flush with a problem (water kept running). The small 20+ air con was so noise that you could not sleep AND it had WATER running through the aircon powerpoint, so we had an electrified water running through floor tiles!!! When notified, the cleaners put a small tower on the floor to collect the water as to prevent us from being electrocuted. The bedroom is more like an old pension rather than a pousada. The property would have potential if maintained and received some care. Apparently the property belongs to Flavia Alessandra’s family , an actress (ex?) from the communist TV Globo, and they tend to capitalize from her name. They do not offer coffee or water facilities. There is no hairdryer, stairs to bedroom, the room has tiny balcony suitable for 2 chairs with no extra room only (by the way, the balcony door lock was broken - no security), no safe in the room. Staff says there is one available at the reception and ‘only you and the reception would had the code’! There is NOTHING to do in the property or town if it rains. No infrastructure in the property or in town. Pics from website are probably from decades ago and do not correspond to current date and time. TOO expensive for this Pensão (can’t be called a Pousada.

Pros:

A pousada tem uma excelente localização unico ponto alto.
Não possui estacionamento paguei 50,00 por dia
Roupa cama e tolhas velhas e surradas
O aspecto do quarto, não é rústico é mal cuidado mesmo.
As fotos não são o que mostra, são retocadas.
As escadas são altas e só possuem corrimão de um lado

No restaurante tem. sempre um pássaro que na hora do café da manhã fica. pousando do cesto do pão francês e bicando o.tempo todo a moça da cozinha não se com esse fato absurdo. .

Cons:

Acabei que escrevi em cima e só de pensar quanto gastei fico triste.
