Pros:

Check-in, Check-out was great thanks to very kind and friendly reception staff. Parking was quite ok and easy to find a parking space in front of the hotel. Due to my early flight, I couldn't take the breakfast but I'm quite sure it's suppose to be nice as they have a good level restaurant. For sure it's an old building and expectations to be inline accordingly. And one of the best thing is the perfect location of the hotel, very short walking distance to old town

Pros:

Bijzonder aardig personeel. Heel behulpzaam. Parkeren naast het hotel heel praktisch en goed geregeld. Ontbijten kon ook buiten en was lekker.

het hotel oogt vermoeid en versleten. er is geen airco (en het was de heetste dag in jaren).

Małe nie dociągnięcia w osprzęcie pokoju nie popsuły całości. W gruncie rzeczy hotel ma 3 gwiazdki, a odczucia są znacznie, znacznie lepsze.

Buon hotel molto vicino al centro di Cracovia
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Cracovia. E' situato in un posto tranquillo, di fronte ad un piccolo parco per cui dopo un certo orario si può riposare tranquilli senza pericolo di sentire il frastuono di macchine o persone che chiacchierano.
L'unico problema (nel mio caso) era che la mia stanza si affacciava proprio sul punto in cui si fermano gli autobus turistici (sia locali che internazionali) per cui ogni tanto si sentiva il rumore degli autobus. Per fortuna la sosta durava al massimo una decina di minuti e, comunque, dopo le 22 il servizio cessava lasciandomi dormire tranquillamente per tutta la notte.

La pulizia della stanza e del bagno veniva fatta regolarmente tuti i giorni.
La stanza era abbastanza grande, potendo ospitare un letto matrimoniale ed una branda singola.
Lo staff dell'hotel è stato molto cordiale e gentile.

Tuttavia, ho notato dei difetti che, però, non metterò tra le cose negative in quanto si tratta di un mio personale gusto ed esigenze e, pertanto, non è detto che costituiscano dei difetti per altri:

- Le finestre erano in realtà delle mezze finestre, per cui risultavano alte e poco utili.
- Non c'era uno specchio di cortesia (lo specchio del bagno aveva davanti una mensola larga e, quindi, era un pò troppo distante per me)
- La doccia era incorporata nella vasca che è stata leggermente rialzata, per cui un anziano potrebbe avere problemi a scendere. Inoltre, non c'era il doccino ma solo la doccia a pioggia.
- Ho trovato il materasso un pò basso per i miei gusti e, quindi, risultava poco rigido.
- Il cuscino è imbottito con le piume. Molto grande ma di poca "sostanza".

Cons:

- La stanza era situata al primo piano SENZA ascensore. (per chi viaggia con valige pesanti potrebbe essere un problema)
- NON c'è l'aria condizionata in stanza!
C'è solo un vecchio ventilatore che fa molto rumore anche al minimo, per cui era impossibile dormire con quello acceso. (fortunatamente ha fatto caldo solo per due notti, ma ho dovuto lasciare entrambe le finestre aperte)
- Il letto aveva non aveva il lenzuolo di sopra, ma il tipico piumino imbottito dei posti nordici. Peccato negli ultimi 2 giorni abbiamo raggiunto i 36 gradi e dormire con il piumino sarebbe stato pazzesco!

Lokalizacja super, blisko do Rynku i na Wawel. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel recepcji. Śniadania poprawne, bardzo przyjemne miejsce na patio, gdzie można było je zjeść.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, a upał był niemiłosierny; w pokoju nr 16 nieintuicyjny przełącznik prysznic/wanna - właściwie trzeba dużej siły, żeby przełączyć. Szwedzki stół na śniadanie - dobrze byłoby zabezpieczać jedzenie przed muchami, których latem nie brakuje.
