The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Adoramos o café da manhã, perfeito, e também do almoço e jantar do restaurante, perfeito, fizemos uma reserva e achavamos que o quarto era bom, mas precisamos mudar para um outro apartamento, check out later,... e fomos supreendidos pela beleza e conforto do novo quarto, fica a dica 1212. E só conseguimos pela forma atenciosa e prestativa do colaborador Jadson, que não mediu esforços para nos atender.

Disseram q registraram no sistema mas não foi realizada e q a noite não haviam funcionários de higienização .

Excelente localização, perto de um supermercado. Há restaurante no hotel. Um ponto de táxi na frente. Profissionais da recepção muito gentis, prestativos, ágeis.
Não dá para conceber que uma família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças tenha que pagar R$ 204 por um café da manhã.
Além disso, é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel, e é a segunda vez que os suportes de shampoo/sabonete/condicionador estavam vazios. Como as embalagens são escuras, vc só descobre na hora que já está no banho.
O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente, bom em tudo q tem e faz
