De ter ficado preso na recepção no checkin por quase 15 minutos. A funcionária era seca e arrogante! De não terem avisado que havia uma obra barulhentíssfma debaixo da nossa janela. Do café da manhã sofrível!

Cons:

Rooms need painting. Cleaning service was subpar. I often to ask staff to come make the room. They didn’t dirty take plates and utensils from the previous night. They often forgot to replenish soap bars etc etc
