Great value and location.
Pros:

Great location close to the centre, but on a quiet street

Cons:

Nothing really, but I didn’t spend much time there. The common areas weren’t somewhere I would want to hag out. However the artists garden and cafe opposite was amazing.

L’emplacement, il est proche de tout.
C’était assez propre.

Cons:

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, mais aussi à l’extérieur. Difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions.

J’avais une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Je n’ai jamais vu un lit aussi inconfortable que celui du bas : dès qu’on s’allongeait dessus, on sentait tous les ressorts. Heureusement, j’étais seul et j’ai pu utiliser l’autre lit, qui était dur, mais tout de même bien plus supportable. Franchement, bon courage à ceux qui doivent utiliser les deux lits.

La salle de bain laissait à désirer niveau propreté, et surtout une horrible odeur d’égouts se diffusait dans toute la chambre, ce qui était vraiment désagréable.

La connexion Wi-Fi était catastrophique. J’ai dû utiliser une grande partie de ma data 5G, alors que je choisis justement des hébergements avec Wi-Fi pour éviter ce genre de problème.

Au vu du prix, et en réservant à l’avance, je pense qu’il est largement possible de trouver mieux ailleurs.

- alles was man braucht, außer einen Kühlschrank

Left early, warned staff that room was not safe to rent.
Pros:

Good location, staff, common area.

Cons:

The room was not habitable. New bargain unit has no window or vent in bathroom. .This is tropical rainy season. They tried to cover the smell, no mold visible, but room smelled increasingly like a mushroom. Aircon filters might also be contributing. Also no daily cleaning of rooms.

I tolerate a degree of imperfection. And I am normally excellent health. I visited hospital with chest symptoms, worse at night. After complete workup, no health problem found. I moved out, symptoms stopped right away.,

DO NOT RENT units 201 or 301. They are not safe. Consider yourself warned, and Booking potentially liable.

I have past years rented the older rooms, they were acceptable.

Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car nous étions collé à la « buanderie » nous avons été réveillées très tôt le matin par les femmes de ménage. Pas de frigo…

Pros:

Prima accommodatie met super vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is 10 minuten lopen van de Sunday walking street. Eettentjes vind je op elke straathoek.

Cons:

De trap naar het bed is wat gevaarlijk. Ik heb het niet uitgeprobeerd, maar als je een paar drankjes ophebt wordt het wel een uitdaging om veilig in bed te komen 😅

Pros:

Absolutely recommended! 😊 Nice and quiet location. Simple room setting, however rooms are spacious and clean. 10/10 to the staff. During our stay every staff members has been very kind and super helpful. I'll definately be back if in Chiang Mai.

Cons:

Only a little thing, maybe the mattress are a little hard.
